The driver was driving erratically, slamming on the brakes and honking. None of the stops were pointed out or stopped at and it was difficult to know how to ask her to stop and let us off.

We got to San Sebastián later in the day and couldn’t find the closest bus stop. So we didn’t get to go at all

The roof was covered with rain. At every turn we were flooded. In the city there are no signs for Hop On Hop Off busstops. We took the bus on May 13, 15.30. The ticket is valid for 24 hours, but on Sunday May 14 there was no bus. Nobody had told us that before. So we only made a short ride. We feel like robbed. Can we get back our money?

DO NOT take this tour!!!! We never got on the tour. We waited for 2 hours at their stop and the bus never came. They advertise that the bus comes every hour. And Viator refused to give us a refund! We paid them in good faith and they never delivered the service. They are extremely unethical and have no integrity let alone any kind of decent customer service.

Terrible. Stop at Maria Christina/Theatro was closed with no directions as to where to go. When we finally found another stop we missed the bus and next wasn’t for two hours! Tried to use the app to connect to operator for help and they did not respond to chat. We never initiated our Viator vouchers and wasted our money!

This is a great way to see the city. I recommend doing the bus tour on your first day so you can go back to the places you want to visit later. We caught the bus at the Maria Christina Hotel right at the river.

Seeing the sights.On the documents you said the first stop was the aquarium but this was not so.Being elderly we walked for ages to find stop which was near the Santa Cristina Hotel.This needs your attention.
