      We try to start on time, please be here 10 minutes before departure. From the Paquera ferry landing, take the dirt road to Punta Cuchillo. After 1,5 km you'll get to a small bridge. Park along the road here and walk the little trail to our kayak launch site. Follow the signs to BAHIA RICA

    This felt like a dream. Such a cool experience that can't be filmed or photographed. Our tour guide " Luis" was so fun and smart. His excitement and love for this experience made it that much more memorable. The water was warm, the sky was both cloudy and clear. An absolute must do, with this company! Pura vida !

    Julio was an extraordinary guide and this tour was amazing. It was extremely cool to kayak at night and the bioluminescent algae was like something I had never seen before in my life. Not only was the algae gorgeous, but when we looked up we saw the most clear and starry sky ever! Such an amazing experience through and through. Definitely recommend.

    Beautiful property to start and finish at which included beverages and snacks. The guide was very pleasant and informative. I was not let down from the amount of bioluminescent plankton that we saw. I would recommend this tour.

    100% worth it ! Watching the sunset with them was beautiful ! They have lemonade, water and snakcs. They do a little scientifc explanation and then we jump on the kayak. IT IS BEAUTIFUL !!!! we went swimming with the bioluminescent phytoplancton and everyone has to jumps off their kayak it's awsome. I hope you have fun as much as we did :))

    Very cool experience. The kayak tour starts in a little hippie oasis paradise out in the woods. The bioluminescence is a really crazy experience and was something we will truly talk about for quite some time. Our tour guide Jose was ver passionate about the tour and made sure we enjoyed it as much as he did growing up around it. Although it turned out to be 90 minutes from our place in Santa Teresa it was 100% well worth it.

    This was such a magical night! The bioluminescence was everywhere and so beautiful! We got a beautiful night too….the stars in the sky matched the twinkle of the water and toward the end the night the moon was rising as a big orange ball low on the horizon. Just stunning! And Luis is amazing! So joyful and full of information!
