Our guide, Helen, was absolutely awesome. She had lots of information that she delivered with humor and charm. She was patient and let us take extra time for photos. We were lucky to have a group of interesting people with us. The itinerary was comprehensive for the amount of time we had. Helen recommended good restaurants for the lunch break. The winery we visited on the way back was a beautiful property and there was no sales pressure to buy. I highly recommend this excursion.

Some of our friends who have taken a same tour visited several places we have not see including the house of Pablo Neruda! Also our guide said he would show us the fish market initially them he said he cancelled it for no reason.

This was a very enjoyable trip from Santiago to the Pacific Coast of Chile at Valparaiso and Vina del Mar. The journey in a small minibus took a couple of hours along good roads and included a wine tasting session at the Vina de Casablanca Vineyard enroute and a cable car ride up the hillside in Valparaiso. Our guide and driver were very helpful and friendly, we particularly enjoyed the walking tour of Valparaiso to view the 'street art' - there was a different picture on every building, all very colourful and varied designs.

I took this tour solo in May 2023, the group consisted of 15 guests, driver and our tour guide Claudio. The tour guide were great, took us to vina Del Mar in the morning, and Valparaiso for lunch time followed by casa Blanca winery to end the day. We were taken to some tourist popular sites but of course, If you enjoy taking your time and exploring all in its entirety then this is not for you. But for one day, and being able to see as much as day trip from Santiago, this is not at all.

Excellent day trip with great timing for seeing the sights both walking and driving by. The wine tasting was the perfect end to the trip. Sebastian was an amazing guide - very knowledgeable and fun. The trip was made even better because of the smaller size (there were 11 on the tour).

This whole process is seamless. The night before, Tour company verified pick up time. Miguel and Luis picked us up promptly at time promised. Luis made sure that all clients were picked up and drove mindfully. Miguel answered any questions we had for him. Miguel guided us on our tour and pointed out items of interest. It was a nice experience to head out of Santiago and explore the wine valley of Chile. Local agency who ran the tour for Viator has been very professional. Our pickup arrived in time and the guide Miguel as well as driver J. Carlos has been very professional. They gave us lots of insights about the area we were visiting, the most important aspects of the places we visited, so we could get best out of our trip. Highly recommend to this day tour, if you do not have much time in hand and will like to see the life outside Santiago.

Daniel and Juan were terrific hosts. I thoroughly enjoyed the background information on geography, geology, history and culture of the valleys around Santiago. The tour highlights included the fish market and the amazing street art in Valparaiso. The tour finished with a very nice wine tasting at a beautiful winery in the Casablanca region. I highly recommend this tour.
