      The team was exceptional. The driver was courteous although there was a clear language barrier between us and him. The guide (Leo ) was very knowledgeable and helpful but the icing on the cake was the management team who went beyond what was necessary and assisted with on the ground transportation logistics and advice while in Santo Domingo and were easily contactable via whatapp or phone.

      My wife and I have been on many tours in many countries and this tour was the best by far. If you book a tour you must request Victor especially if your language is English. He has been giving tours her for 45 years and is an exemplary gentleman. Our happiness was his top priority. We will definitely book again.

      Nice people but unprofessional. The guide spoke limited English, didn't have much insights to share about the locations we visited. Will not recommend the tour to other friends if they were visiting.

      Abraham and Freddy did an astounding job in directing the tour. Both were very informative, friendly, and ensured we weren’t being scammed by the swarm of vendors we went through during the tour.

      Guide was Nicest guy ever! However not really a tour guide. More like a driver with a bit if local knowledge. Definitely over priced for this guide…maybe they have others that actually know history and places. He made the kids laugh with wrong dates and we are still laughing at lack of knowledge.

      We had a great time exploring Santo Domingo with Alexander and Freddie. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the history and took us to many places. We had such a great time we decided to book another trip with this company.

      I had the best time with Breidy and Freddie! What great chaps! Breidy contacted me the night before via WhatsApp to reconfirm all the details of my tour and I really appreciated that. I felt confident knowing I had chosen the right tour, and Breidy’s professionalism really shined in his messages. I liked knowing that I had his number if I needed him, and that he had mine should he need to reach me. I have done countless tours around the world and this level of communication is what you want from a tour operator. The tour itself was very well-organised and was set at a good pace. Breidy and Freddy are both so knowledgeable about Santo Domingo and its history and I enjoyed learning all that I could from them. Their sense of humour was great, too. I really liked that they took the time to show me where I could get a great cup of coffee in Santo Domingo, which has been a lifesaver! Overall, I felt very safe with Breidy and Freddie as a solo woman traveller and will contact them again next time I’m in the DR!
