We are always trying to make sure that our guides do their best to meet the customer's satisfaction. Our guides need to give as much information on the destination as they can, so we will look into why the guide for this tour was lacking the necessary details. We will continue to make sure all guides are prepared to provide guests with knowledgeable tours. In regard to the vehicle, the displayed lights on the dash was a sign to equalize the tire pressure due to the cold weather in winter, the light was stilled displayed after we inflated the tire because of an issue with the dash sensor and was repaired after the tour. We agree that safety always comes first and we try to make sure all vehicles are carefully checked before every tour.
