We pick up from most hotels in the downtown Seattle area. We cannot pick up hotels that are not listed or at private residences. If you are not staying at a hotel within our pick-up range, the closest meeting location information will be provided to you. Hotel pickups commence prior to departure time. Guests must call or email us to confirm hotel and exact pickup time at least 24 hours before booking. Please note, some hotels are inaccessible for our buses; therefore we may ask you to meet at another hotel for pickup. Meeting location in downtown Seattle (if you don’t require hotel pickup): Hyatt Regency Seattle (8th Avenue entrance) - 808 Howell St, Seattle, WA 98101.

From a prompt pickup, to suggesting places to eat at the Market when dropping us off, Lucinda was 1st class from start to finish. A great way to get a flavour of Seattle with passionate, knowledgeable commentary.

Points of interest that we were taken to was not as expected. Tour was not as advertised. Did not stop at any of the interesting stops that were advertised.

Hi Jennifer, Thanks for taking the time to leave your honest feedback - we're sorry to hear this tour wasn't what you expected. It sounds like maybe there was a misunderstanding - this is mostly a driving tour that only advertises 3 stops. The "What to Expect" section in our listing does a great job of explaining what all we pass by and where the tour makes a short stop for photos and restrooms. While we'd love to stop everywhere we talk about, we're afraid we'd have you on board much longer than the 3 hours we advertise. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Seattle!
