Agus, our driver/guide was absolutely first class! His communication and English were both excellent. We booked though Viator the night before requiring a 9:00am pick up at our hotel and Agus immediately reached out to us with his contact details. He arrived early and called me 5 minutes before our scheduled pick up time to tell us he was here. He was very professional, courteous and well informed. He listened to where we wanted to go and made it happen. He made sure we understood admission procedures at our stops and responded immediately to my messages to pick us up, in those cases where he did not accompany us. We were never kept waiting. His vehicle was new and perfectly clean, with efficient air conditioning, and as much chilled water as we needed. I booked the 10 hour Private Full Day Tour for my husband, myself and a friend. I felt it was great value for money and I would not hesitate to use Agus again. Thank you for a great day!

My pick up time was on point in fact my tour guide was actually waiting for me.He went an extra mile to pay for an activity where I had ran out of funds which I reimbursed him when I returned to the hotel.This act of kindness is out of this world.All the locations advertised he had taken me to was thoroughly enjoyed.I salute the day(.Respect)

We had such a good time. Putu was very knowledgeable and shared the history of the places we went to. I loved how he didn't just drive us to the spots, but he went in with us, guided us through each area, and took photos. Driving through the back streets made the experience even better. The highlight for us was the coffee plantation, where we did coffee/tea tasting. Thank you so much for everything you did for us.

Amazing day in Ubud with Putu!

This is my first time in Bali and booked this tour last minute so I didn't have the time to plan an itinerary, but nevertheless Putu showed me the best spots in Ubud. Can't say enough good things about Putu - charismatic, kind and knowledgeable to say the least. I brought my drone and he showed me where I could film and get the best shots. Ketut was amazing - tour couldn't have been better!

This was my first time ever booking a 10-hr private tour, but wow was it fun! Ketut (my guide) is from Bali, and was thrilled to show me around his incredible island. Over the day, we visited the most beautiful rice fields (and had lunch - what a view!), tried the famous kopi luwak coffee (and had a quick farm tour), hiked and swam at the simply phenomenal Banyumala waterfall, saw the Handara Gate and went to a great spot overlooking the 'twin lakes' to take some incredible photos (they had a swing, chairs etc). I enjoyed this day so much - thank you! Tips: - Remember to bring small bills (50k) for entrance into the various places. From what I remember, most places are between 50k and 100k, which is only a few bucks - Bali is a lot bigger than I expected, and it takes time to go between the spots. I let my guide plan out the day within the timeframe I had booked, and this worked out well. - Bring swimming clothes and a towel, and try to add in a waterfall. This was simply magical and was the highlight of my day. Ketut joined me for the swim. Wear flip flops (not sneakers) as you'll get wet. - Don't forget to tip your guide!

This Best of Bali tour gives you the highlights of the most famous attractions in Bali all in one day.I went with this company based on the good reviews and I was not disappointed. Our family really enjoyed our driver and tour guide, Aron. He tells a good story for every place we visited, making background history really interesting. He patiently answered all the questions we had. He volunteered to take photos for us at every stop. He accommodated special and detour requests. The leather seat and a/c minivan was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this tour company to see Bali.

Putu is not just give us an excellent service but a fantastic memorable experience in Bali. Putu provided us with airport transfer, day tour ubud, uluwatu temple tour and help us our tickets for nusa penida. It was great to have a local show us around and learn the culture and traditions. My driver & tour guide, Putu was very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain things and make great suggestions of places to visit. He made me feel very comfortable and even offered for me to play my own music whilst in the car! He had water available (and an umbrella just in case) and was more than happy to share his personal stories of the island which added a special touch. I would highly recommend this tour, Putu goes above and beyond and also takes some great photos :).

Ketut was our driver for this trip. He is an amazing guy who took great care of us and made sure we were well taken care of. The itinerary was well planned and they took into consideration the different timings that they had to keep to and planned it all out in the itinerary. Was a great trip!

En general todo. La Playa de Nusa Dua, La demostración de cafe, y la danza en uluwatu con su puesta de sol. El conductor Putu Agus, inmejorable, siempre sonriente. Tiene alternativas para todo y mucha iniciativa, con darle alguna indicación ya te aconseja un tour para optimizar tu tiempo. Si volvemos repetimos con él seguro.
