Guide was difficult to understand due to accent. This tour picks you up at your hotel, but drop off is only at the University or City Hall. I needed to find a taxi to get back to my lodging.
Tour to DMZ - great experience

Great experience. Learned the history and the present situation. It is a unique place to visit. The Tour was well organized and explanations were clear. It is worth getting up very early to join this tour.
Great experience

Dora is an amazing guide and we're really happy with the experience. The only thing we wish for is more time, should've booked a full day tour!
lovely guide but difficult to understand her english

DMZ was good but the tour was bad
Mathew_B, Sept 2022
So I will start out by saying that the DMZ is actually a great experience but this tour is very rushed and they don't explain everything on the site. I booked for 10am but then got a message saying I should go at 630am so I can actually get tickets since it gets sold out.(basically they overbook)
Now my group just said screw it and went at 630am just to go and once you get there the guide that I had(Amy) starts to do the tour but spent most of the time at a map explaining the DMZ and what we'd be doing today. Not terrible but it was a 10min explanation on what part is north korea and what part is south and what the plan was today and not to mention she didn't care if you were able to hear her. After that you get shown around the starting area but if you want to take a quick photo then while you decide to take a photo she is at the next point making rude comments about you since you delayed her even if it's 5-10 people that are also just wanting to get a better look at something and take a photo. Once she was done she just says be on the bus by 920am and then the military zone part of the tour begins. The next drop off point is the observation area which is really cool since you get to see alot of the main points of the DMZ. After that we went to the final stopping point which is where you'd see the 3rd tunnel. So this is the big part that I wish had more time since you'll start out in a museum section that begins with a 3d modeled map that she talks about the different areas again then goes on to some Artifacts ts but you barely get 2 min to look at everything before you get forced into a movie clip room that doesn't even have room for everyone to sit. Amy also told us that we would have time to go back right after to look at the Artifacts but that's a lie since after that you head out to the 3rd tunnel entrance and get told that you have till 1150 to be back on the bus(45 min roughly). So this tunnel is long and very steep(~25 floors) if you have people in you group that can't walk well then you basically can't see it it since you have no time to go down it and back up. Once you do make it down you then go along a narrow tunnel that'll also make you hunch down the whole way till you reach a 30-person line to see a wall with a window to another wall and that's it pretty much. It's a cool site sure but hardly really worth the effort since if you are 5ft 10in or taller you are hitting your head frequently(they give you a hard hat). After that then you head back up which is not an easy task in the time given. We barely had 10 min once we did get to the top to breath and get some gifts(so much for seeing the museum part). At this point you just hop on the bus and you head back to Seoul.
Now heads up they drop you off at the City Hall. I thought they would drop you off at the place that they picked you up(I knew they wouldn't do the hotel which was not a big deal). Amy was a bit rude though when I asked why they didn't drop us off at the different pickup spots but responded with you can take the subway as though she didn't care and just wanted us to go away. Now I had previously talked to her the day before explaining that I can drive to the pickup spot and she said okay then just go to one of the pickup spots and that's what made me realize that she was joke of a tour guide since she could've told me to park near the city hall drop off since I would've at least been able to be near my car and not have to find a way to get back to it when it's over an hour and a half of a walk away.
Now overall the experience of the DMZ was good I don't believe anyone should book with this company. They may not force you to shop but thats no excuse to rush you the whole time.
Worth it

We had a great time being led through various DMZ tourist spots by our guide, Amy aka Yun. She was helpful, friendly, and provided a lot of information about each location, also offering to take photos for any groups who wanted them. The tour itself was great because we spent a good amount of time at each as the tunnel, observatory and other memorable places were the main focus rather than shopping.
Yoon, the best guide

Yoon, the best guide ever. We loved the experience: a really good route, everything was good planned, good explanations, good English level and the little improv that happened was for making the tour more enjoyable.
