Great locations. Garden is serene and beautiful. Naomi island is a great place to spend time. Petite France and Italian village are small and can be covered in short period. Cecillia our guide was nice

Professional tour guides make a big difference

Tour guide was rude, defensive, did not allow us to eat in the bus despite the early morning departure and late return. She is not open to people of different cultures, backgrounds and religions. When asked to support in booking a taxi which would not take a minute on the app (which was not functiining for me) she had the audacity to lie in my face and say in South Korea we don't order cabs by apps. I showed her the app on my phone yet she decided to not support, I ended up asking help from a Starbuck customer agent. The tour guide did not explain anything on the tour and treated us like kids wondering on our own. There is no cultural knowledge gained from this trip. Not recommended at all.

Heather was such a wonderful and communicative tour guide. We had plenty of time at each stop, 1.5 hrs at Italian Village and Petite France, 3 hours at Nami Island, and 1.5 hrs at Garden of Morning Calm. I enjoyed each stop very much, and the bus ride was comfortable and smooth. Highly recommend!

Petite France-not worth the time. Nami Island-will visit again in the future in late April, early May. Garden of morning calm-best event out of the three due to The Starlight Garden Festival.

Bad experience with the tour guide

Understood the circumstances but because of the delay, we are unable to experience the garden of morning calm at all. Our experience with our tour guide, Dabin was also horrible. I could understand that she got caught in traffic and was late for more than 30 min, but she was not at all apologetic. Introduction to the next destination was nothing but name and estimated travel time. She also almost left 2 tourist leaving Nami ferry station while they came back on time.
