Seoul Private Tour with Harry

Harry was the best tour guide we could have asked for! We only had a few days in Seoul and wanted to pack our day with as much as we could. Harry was punctual, he has a lot of knowledge about South Korea and it’s history and gave us a stellar lunch suggestion and helped us order. The van was spacious and we were comfortable all day. Harry also made sure we got all the great photos we wanted to capture. Highly recommend this tour and we left feeling like we gained a new friend. Thanks SO much Harry!

The only way to tour Seoul! Sophia was amazing…. Knowledge, polite, and kind. She made every effort to please our needs…. happily accommodated our request to alter the schedule as needed. We had 2 older moms and she made sure to take great care of them the perfect way to see a lot of Seoul in 1 day without having to walk or taxi around to each site. The private tour was a great option and in my opinion the only way to see the city without the hassles of big groups. I would definitely recommend to request Sophia if possible.

For our first trip to Seoul, we were hoping for a guide who had a lot of local knowledge, and who could also help us learn Korean history and culture. We got all that and more with our guide Christine, and her husband Young who drove. We covered all the major sites in the city that we wanted to, and having a car and driver made it a breeze on a rainy day. Christine speaks excellent English and she has a wealth of knowledge of Korean history, culture, and food. We even learned about Korean classical music, a little bit of local politics, and where to get the best prices for everything. We also have a vegetarian family member, and that can be difficult to navigate in Korea, but Christine made that easier for us as well. She went above and beyond and helped my daughter practice how to say she is a vegetarian and ask about food ingredients in Korean. I would give Christine and Young 6 stars if I could. I highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide, Christine, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable throughout the trip. She and her husband picked us up promptly from our hotel. On our trip, we visited Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, Gwangjang Market, Insadong, the National Folk Museum of Korea, and Doota Mall... all in one day! Despite the heavy rain from monsoon season, Christine provided us with umbrellas to make sure that we stayed dry during our trip. We believe that this tour was worth it, due to the customizable and personal nature of the trip. Fellow travelers, please remember to bring your umbrellas and rain boots in the event that sudden rain occurs!

Harry was an amazing tour guide who took us through an all day private tour of Seoul. I highly recommend taking the private car choice. Even in the rain, it was a wonderful tour of Seoul! Before the day of the tour Brian had asked me if there any places I really wanted to visit. I mentioned the palace, historical villages and the design district and one of the markets...and he was so organized we were able to do all of those while still doing things at a leisurely pace. The van that we travelled in was extremely comfortable, his partner was driving that day and she was also such great company. Brian was very knowledgeable, thoughtful about every aspect of the day (had umbrellas at the ready) and was a pleasure to have as a tour guide. Excellent hospitality!
