Great overview of seoul

Despite a completely rainy Sunday we enjoyed our tour with Crystal Her English is great and she is very kind and shared great information that I never heard in other tours The temple was great The palace was definitely the highlight Due to clouds could not see any view from the tower but that is expected. Still we enjoyed the cable car ride Also at the last shopping stop we got very cheap souvenirs we recommend waiting for it to buy any magnet/keychains products Crystal was so helpful, energetic and positive all day long 10000% recommend

Great group tour with palaces, markets, hanok village, and N Seoul Tower

This was an excellent tour! It's a group tour, so there were about 20 other people with us on a big, comfortable tour bus. We were initially picked up in a private car from our hotel and joined with the larger group at the first destination. We also went on a Tuesday, so one of the temples was closed, but we went to Jogyesa Temple instead, and it was awesome. We also went to Hanok Bukchon Village, Changdeokggung Palace, Insadong, cable car up to N Seoul Tower and love locks, and Namdaemung Market. It was well paced and some free time to split up from the group and also bathroom breaks built in. At the end, we were dropped off in Myeongdeong. Bibi was our tour guide, and she was the best. It was also fun to meet other travelers. 10 out of 10, definitely would recommend this tour for those that want to hit many of the popular locations with the ease of having a guide and being in a group.

Nancy is a great tour guide and leader, Very knowledgeable. She was efficient and kind. I would be glad to take a tour with her as the guide. The tour was interesting and definitely worth taking. However, the tour company want us to meet them at a place they designated, not at the hotel where we were staying. They said the bus is too large. I insisted that the agreement was to pick us up at the hotel. In the end they did at no additional charge. I was going to cancel the tour.

Wow....what an amazing trip thanks to tour guide Sunny ! Sunny made all of the group very welcome. The lanyards given to all of us were great so in case we got lost & we knew who was in our group ! Worst booking ever! Try to avoid!

They charged me without having tour. Try to avoid them. Although it is said that there is pick up and I selected Sheraton Grand Incheon from the list, they asked me to come to Seoul City Hall. I was not feeling well that morning, I asked for the postponement cause I was not able to ride for a one and a balf hour and they slightghly rejected. It is not about 73€ but about terrible principle. Very bad experience, worst booking in my life.

Cindy was the most incredible tour guide! She’s totally fluent in English and Korean and I even heard her speaking Chinese! She’s SO energetic and knowledge and taught us a lot about Korea’s history. She was so efficient and knew all the places we visited like the back of her hand, even getting us elevator access when some people in our group couldn’t climb all the steps at Namsam Tower. She is truly one of the best tour guides I’ve had and I take tours in every country I visit. She’s not only excellent as a tour guide but a genuinely nice and friendly person who made us all feel very comfortable. My mom, sister, and I all had a wonderful experience! Thank you, Cindy!!! Our tour guide Moon was great! Tour was nicely paced despite the rain we had in the morning. Moon was able to keep our large group all together and very helpful and friendly. FYI the main palace is closed on tuesdays so we went to the other smaller palace. Just keep that in mind if you wanted to see the main palace.
