It was a seamless pick up from the airport to the hotel, couldn’t have been better! The driver was super friendly, he was waiting for me in the arrivals area where he offered to take my luggage. The car was immaculate and parked very close to the airport elevators.

Highly recommend! Lee was fantastic. I was picked up with no problems at all from the airport, he was so lovely and friendly and chatted to me throughout the journey to my hotel. As a solo traveller, and this being my first visit to Singlore, I was a little anxious but Lee had lots of knowledge and told me all about the local area and recommended places to visit which was super helpful. Great service and I would definitely use again.

Transfer from airport to hotel was great, but they cancelled my return transfer which as a solo traveller on Grand Prix weekend was really stressful. Booked transfers months ago and they only just discovered a glitch in the booking system- thought this was really poor management.

We are just one of the supplier that partners with them. We only received your booking on 30th Sept for a 3rd oct departure transfer (in fact you have booked wrongly for arrival transfer instead, we have clarified with you and yet accepted your departure transfer for 3rd Oct) You can check back our conversation through the messages. From what you mentioned, I believed you've booked with another supplier, they cancelled your departure booking and you rebooked your departure transfer with us. We did fulfilled that departure transfer (BR-938184492) which you booked with us. I suppose your review should be referring to the supplier who cancelled your bookings and not directing at us. However due to this misunderstanding which cause you to leave a negative feedback on us, we felt that it's unfair to us. No refund to have a car transfer us from Singapore airport to hotel on March 19, 2020

We were supposed to arrive in Singapore on Thursday, March 19, 2020 (yesterday), we made our reservation on June 10, 2019, our cruise was canceled, and we requested a refund on February 28, 2020 since there is no way we are able to go to Singapore at present. We were refused a refund, even though even Singapore does not want to allow any tourists to enter the country. We really feel we should get a refund, since we did not cancel, Singapore did. Never trust this tour operator

Taxi was No Show despite keeping the Tour Operator informed of updates on the Airlines Updates which were beyond our control. The operator confirmed having received the updates and never arrived. Had to take own taxi. Very disappointed.

Dear Customer, We have investigated this case and we found out that driver was indeed there at the airport for the pick up. Please refer to the images attached which was taken on 16 Feb. (We are unable to land the images here at TripAdvisor, as the system does not allow us to upload images) Base on your updated flight, BR215, it's scheduled to arrive at 14:20, but it landed early at 14:13 PM at Terminal 3, luggages were rolled out at belt 46. Driver was there with your name on an iPad till 14:55 where he realise that the lugged belt were almost cleared and he proceeds to inform office about this and office tried calling you on 3 occasions as seen in the call history: 2:58PM, 2:59PM & 3:08PM. Office instructions to the driver is to continue and stay at the arrival hall and wait, as our maximum waiting time is 60mins. Which the driver did as told. And eventually at 3:14PM driver updated office that guest were not out yet, and only then, office allowed the driver to leave the airport as you can see the image that indicating the time shown at 3:14PM. We treat all bookings seriously and we have did whatever we could to locate you on that day. Our drivers waited at the arrival hall for 60mins, tried calling you but unable to reached you and we did not received any calls from you that you cannot located the driver. If you would have called us (our numbers are located at the booking confirmation, and its stated clearly to contact us if you are unable to find the driver) we would be able to coordinate the driver to look for you. Regards, Ken p/s: we have already email you all the photos taken on that day at the scene with the respective time indicated on the images to your email. I hope this will clarify the whole incident.

Always the best way to arrive into Changi airport. We were greeted by the driver with my name on a sign, he was very friendly and helpful loading the suitcases into the car, and even gave us each a bottle of water. We were taken straight to the hotel with local recommendations given along the drive. I cannot recommend this arrival transfer enough!

I booked this Singapore airport transfer in advance of a stopover in the city. Absolute clock work, out of the arrivals hall to see my driver holding my details on an iPad. No fuss, very efficient, the driver asked destination and my family plus bags were driven smartly to our hotel. Our driver didn’t say much but was very polite and helpful. Will use her company again on our return trip home to the UK.
