Even a taxi is less expensive that what some of the other tour companies charge for hotel pickup.

What I wasnt aware of was the gardens and light shows are free, so you dont have to pay if you dont want to go round the domes.

This is cool todo but do it in the day time. We went towards dusk and the gardens were hard to see. But the lights were fantastic at night.

More ticketing woes

The most memorable part was being refused admission to the Supertree Observatory. Forced to witness the program from ground level with several Germans who enjoyed sticking their phones and IPADS in your face as you are trying to watch. The Flower Dome was spectacular. I would attend the facility again but do my bookings prior to entry. This was the fourth tour booked through Viator where there were problems and extra expense incurred due to ticketing problems.

Was a really nice experience. Not usually my thing as I prefer attractions where there is an activity involved as opposed to walking around and taking in sites. The one thing I would point out is that this doesn't include access to the OCBC Skyway which are those fancy looking trees with lights. Just access to indoor Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. Would be nice if the ticket included access to everything onsite.

It was a great day out during the Lunar New Year with 4 adults and 2 kids. Because the conservatories were air-conditioned, coupled with number of visitors capped at the different slots, it was busy but not overly crowded.

Your are sent a download for your tickets but when we tinted it says they are Not your tickets. It was only when I tried to present them for the skywalk that I was told I had to go and retrieve my tickets from that I had to go back to the hotel a 25 minute walk away to convert the vouchers into tickets. This was further exacerbated by the fact they had not email the correct vouchers which meant a further waits of 30 minutes. I would avoid aviator and buy on the spot in future

The gardens are spectacular!! But the hassle of presenting what we thought were tickets that had been emailed to us and said ‘admission ticket’ only to find out they were coupons that had to be redeemed was not worth the small savings. We then had to walk all the way through the Marina Sands hotel to find the desk (Ultimate Drive). to redeem the coupons and get the entry tickets. There was no lineup at the gardens so that was not an issue even though we were there for Lunar New Year.

had a great time there with my mum. My mum needed to use a wheelchair and the process of getting one is easy and very cheap. Great tourist attraction, my mum and i had a great time going through both the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest. Highly recommended.

Tricky tickets, but worth the tour

The Gardens are amazing! The tickets were a bit more tricky than I realised. First you have to wait for the second confirmation and then in the Marina Bay Sands hotel pick up the final tickets. To be fair it does explain that on the second confirmation, which I thought were the tickets, but I failed to read it, so had to go from the admission gate back to the hotel, which is not that far. Just be aware. Paying at the door is simple too, not sure how prices compare.

Although we were advised to meet at 6.15, we were then told the Tour would not start until 7.10. The Gardens by the Bay light Show would be unavailable to us due to the Christmas Festivities there. We were taken to an alternative free show on our stop at the Marina Bay Sands, but I think this should have been advised at the time of Booking. Also we weren't happy with the delay. We were told to wander & view the Gardens but we had already done that through the day. As it was a special Christmas Eve trip it was a bit disappointing.
