Not a tour.

Make note, this is just a ride to the observation deck and entrance to deck and flower dome. There is no info en route. I suggest getting tickets ahead of time for cloud dome too. The light show is at 1945. The “tour” gave us a lot of downtime. 4 hours isn’t needed for 1 dome and the light show. Flower dome was gorgeous.

The tree lights were spectacular and a must for everyone visiting Singapore. Disappointing that we were unable to get onto the Sands Skypark Observation Deck which would have been the highlight, due to the weather.

The trip to the top of the Marina bay sands we were picked up and just dropped off wo find our own way around QR codes presented some issues trying to access the Dome and the Sky Garden tour was possibly longer than needed.we personally would catch a taxi and sort our own pre bought tickets I think

Singapore In The Evening

Took the last time slot so we could see the view of the city at night and the gardens by the bay trees light show. Fortunately our hotel was close to the drop off at the Marina Bay Sands. Get your tickets to the Obervation Deck before proceeding to Gardens By The Bay. A fair amount of walking to the Gardens By The Bay ticket office. Viator did not send my entrance to the Super Tree and Flower Dome and needed to call Viator to get the required QR for ticketing by email. The tour did not include Cloud Forest so you may want to purchase tickets for that facility. The queuing for the observation deck was long.

Beautiful place, terrible customer service. Use a different company!

Driver was late (about 20 minutes) to pick me up at the hotel which. Then he told the entire group he would pick us up at 7:15 from Gardens by the bay. He did not show up for 45 minutes and was not answering anybody's calls. I proceeded to call the company directly and they told me they were going to contact the driver. 10 minutes later, no driver, so I called the company many times more and they ignored my calls. Beautiful gardens but do not go with this company! They just want your money.

Lights in Garden were sensational as was the view from the Sky park. However there was little assistance from the drop off drivers and no real guidance as to what to do when we got to venues. We expected a tour guide to accompany us

I would like a refund. Tour was totally misrepresented. DRIVER, only, no tour guide, did not understand English nor speak it. Dropped us off and picked us up. What does tour mean?????? Refund would be appreciated.

It was a lovely trip but very disappointed that you were unable to have drinks at the bar on the deck without paying further. Also I did find it very expensive when it was actually free to get into the light show.

A Must-Do trip in Singapore

Unfortunately we had light rain when we were on the viewing deck which meant we could not see the far horizons but the views over Singapore were fantastic. Visit to the Flower Dome and Super Tree was very good, all the better as it had stopped raining. The light show at 7.45 pm was also very good. Overall well worth booking the trip. The Gardens by the Bay ticket is for the Flower Done and Super Tree only. If you want to enter the rain forest dome or gain entry to the elevated walkway you will have to buy tickets on site but time available may be too limited.

The timings were good to go up the tower in daylight and return in darkness. Efficient pickup and drop-off but we had to queue at the place to turn our WhatsApped barcodes into qr codes. It was time-consuming. Fascinating places tho
