      A Lovely Experience
      Qingqing_M, Nov 2022
My guide Ms. Aulia is absolutely lovely and she is the best guide I have had. The experience started a bit shaky as they changed the pickup vehicle and did not tell me ahead of time. I would suggest not chose the hotel pick up option as they will just call an Uber type of service to do it and you end up paying much more for the trip from your hotel to the terminal. The tour itself is quite interesting. Do not expect spectacular architecture or attractions but it is still worthwhile because you get to experience Indonesia within a very short period of time. I am really really happy that I decided to do this.

Our guide was informative and we saw a lot of the island. Lots of history on the island. I would have preferred to order our own lunch because there was too much food for two people.
Great day trip packed with activities and fun!

      Awesome day trip from Singapore

Diane was a great tour guide. She met me at the port in Batam and I found out that I was the only person on the tour. She was awesome! I mentioned that I wasn't really that interested in the trick eye museum so she arranged for me to get an extra 30 minutes massage instead. =) One of the best viator trips I've ever booked. Highly recommended.
A lot of adventure packed into one day.

Our guide was amazing. I was amazed how much of the island we saw. The lunch spot was fantastic with great views of the overwater houses of the town. My kids loved the trick eye museum and the miniature houses. The coffee factory was a great stop to catch our breath. Tip: We found the highest quality souvenirs were the ones at the duty free shop in the boarding area of the ferry terminal in Batam City.

Wonderful tour with Linda, our guide. We first went to the Galang island where the vietnamese refugee camp was previously located. Showed us the museum. On our way back to Batam City, we passed and took pictures of the Barelang bridge that connects the other islands. We had a superb seafood lunch and shopping tour in the afternoon.

Dear valued guest, We sincerely regret to hear about your disappointment with the Dragon Fruit Farm visit. Unfortunately, it was towards the end of the Dragon Fruit season during the time of your visit, and there was very little fruit to show. We will discuss your feedback with the farm for future improvement. We thank you for your positive feedback about the seafood lunch, and have forwarded it to the restaurant team. We wish you all the best for your future travels.
