Disastorous Experience

Complete waste of valuable time in Singapore. You are told tom attend an office in Marina Square for pickup then driven to the light show in the park {which is free to attend!!} then driven to China town to get on a boat ride which is worth $5 and the guide abandons you there. Complete disaster and waste of valuable time and money.

Guide was completely useless (Agness i think), nearly left with out us and couldnt care less if she lost people along the way (and did). Light show was rubbish and werent able to redeem food vouchers at china town as we were told we were not stopping, so instead was given 10 mins to go to McDonalds at the gardens....very authentic Singapore! best bit was the river cruise we she didnt accompany us on, had already gone home by then !!! dont waste your time and money.

The super trees and the river were lovely to see but the tour was not that great. The guide was really nice but the bus and boat script (tourist explanations) were very touristy (cheesy and repetitive). Ok if it’s your first night in Singapore but not great value.

This is a must do tour while in Singapore the Garden by the Bay Light Show is OUTSTANDING and will live in our memory for the rest of our life. Then the night river cruise and light show was BRILLIANT and the trip to China Town Food zone completed a very special evening.

This tour appeared to be a bit of a bore at the start as the bus system for the headsets were faulty so as you may guess listening to tour guide on the bus was poor. After a while they used the bus intercom speakers which if you weren't English or understood English you gained nothing. But once we arrived on the boat for the river cruise it all changed. The whole tour went well as it was really more about engaging your eyes and your ears....why? Well, we were entertained visually and sound by a river light and musical show . Explaining it does not do it justice.......so just buy the ticket and enjoy!

This was one of the worst tours I have ever been on! The laser and light show at the Gardens of the Bay is a complete waste of time - all it is are trees lighting up to background music; not impressive at all. Our tour guide made the tour worse - she was forgetful, repetitive and kept rushing us through everything. I would have rather taken a different tour - none of the parts of this tour was impressive or fun - save your time and money and find something else.

Not worth it. I would purchase a boat cruise ticket from Clarke quay stands next time. We were picked up ay 6:00pm and then had to wait until around 7:00pm to leave. The tour guide didn't want to go to Haji Lane so took out her camera and filmed asking us if it was okay to change location to drive through China Town instead. We were then taken to Gardens by the bay but were not allowed to go anywhere other than the light show. The whole tour was rushed and disorganised. After the light show the bus drove through China Town onto Clarke Quay to catch the boat. The boat cruise was great.

Singapore is such a wonderful place, if you are here for one or two nights - this will be a good tour as it visits some key places within the city and area. Gardens by the bay are a highlight as was the river boat ride - you've got to do these to see some of the stunning evening views Only one drawback was the rushed feel and tempo of the tour, guide was pushy and condescending! This aside, this tour was good.

A good night time tour starting with the Gardens By The Bay light show which is nice but gets a bit boring after a while. The light show goes for about 30 min and then you fight through the exodus crowd trying to get out. The Boat cruise was also good as it travels around the harbor and river site-seeing the Singapore cityscape.

You can easily visit the light show at the Supertree Grove and do the riverboat cruise on your own. Taxis are readily available and not expensive. We found tour to be rushed as had to leave before light show finished to catch bus and then just walked to riverboat and handed tickets, find your own way home. We were made wait until all other people had boarded the boat and none of the tour group had an outside seat. Half day city tour much better than night tour. Very disappointed that did not get to stop at Haji Lane as outlined as it was replaced by Chinatown lights between 28 Jan - 16 March. We did the trip on 18 March and most of the decorations/lights were removed

This was a good tour to introduce us to Singapore. We went to the Gardens by the Bay for the light show with music. It was enjoyable, then a bus ride around the city which drove through Chinatown with the lights to celebrate Chinese New Year. After that we went to Clarke Quay for a Bum Boat ride. This was beautiful and relaxing. Saw the light show near Marina Bay Sands. The only thing about this tour was that initially I felt a bit rushed but did think it was worth doing.

The tour itself was great. We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the starting point of the tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, witty, and made sure we knew where to go and what time we needed to be back at the bus. And, the light show and Singapore at night was fantastic. However, we were quite late getting started, for several reasons. First, the guide was finishing another tour and wasn't back early enough to start our tour on time. Then, we had late comers and the guide spent precious time examining their tour documents before we could start the tour. The delayed start meant we had to make a hurried decision about where to eat and then shovel the food down quickly before the light show started. Not enjoyable at all! The rest of the tour was great, though, especially the river cruise!
