We arrived in Singapore before a tour because we wanted to experience the country fully. Gerry brought us to three neighborhoods, toured, ate dozens of different traditional foods, introduced us to the cooks, showed us the murals in Chinatown and the temple in little India. I had a fantastic introduction to Singapore and it’s diverse food culture with Gerry. I’d recommend going very hungry as there is plenty of food to try and you’ll want to sample as much as possible. A good mix of trying foods at the local hawker centres in Little India and Chinatown, with some touring of the areas and interesting insights into the local areas and their culture. Finished up with some delicious ice cream in the Arab Street area, again with a good details of this young and trendy area. I highly recommend this tour. Gerry is a fantastic host and it’s a great introduction to Singapore.

Our 5 hour food tour with Gerry was one of the best food tours I've done across many countries. He was personable, considerate, funny, and hugely informative. The food choices were an excellent variety across the many flavors of Singapore, seeing both hawker centers, off the beaten track sites, and some major tourist spots sprinkled along the way. It was an excellently executed tour with a great group of people who were open minded about trying new foods and learning about the culture, both people brand new to Singapore and vets/locals who were visiting with friends/family. Even the vets/locals to Singapore were impressed with the tour, tasting things they hadn't tried before themselves. This was an excellent event and I fully recommend.

We loved this tour! Don’t look anywhere else! Gerry our guide was amazing and full of so many stories about the history of the three areas we visited. Gerry also showed the then and now history which was really interesting. This tour covers all the sites of Chinatown, Little India and Kampong Glam as well as tasting local food. We had a great time. The other reason we loved this tour is Gerry’s professionalism. He stayed in contact after the booking, and messaged just before and on the day of. Well worth the money and the fact that all the food was purchased from local families to support them was a big plus for us.

Had a wonderful day exploring Chinatown, Little India and the Malay Qtr with Gerry. There were only the 2 of us plus Gerry, so felt very personalised. He is very down to earth, explained a lot of history in each of the 3 areas, and food, oh so much food. Thanks Gerry for a remarkable tour, heading back into Chinatown for some more exploring and food ofcourse.
