If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Great way to have a clean fun adventure. It was nice ride. Tour guide PK and Azza were helpful and very professional. Would love to do it again for sure

Le guide et le conducteur du bateau étaient très sympas, ils mettent tout de suite à l'aise, en y allant de leurs petites blagues. Le vol est le bouquet final! Seul regret: le temps de parasailing, un peu court par rapport à ce qu'on avait supposé (voire lu... 1h30) en achetant le billet.
