I organised a hot air balloon ride as a surprise for my partners 40th Birthday. Prior to booking, I read reviews about this company and was amazed by the quantity of positive feedback of this company which sold me. From the time we were picked up, to board flying, landing and dining, the company were extremely organised, and all workers worked extremely well together as a team showing great professionalism, and considering safety at all times. As we were enjoying our champagne breakfast, my partner was presented with a surprise birthday cake and fabulous singing, which was a really nice touch. We would really like to thank Ben the pilot and to getting us all as high in the air as possible!, Tony who chauffeured and fascilitated the morning, and Gav the groundsman who prepped and packed away the massive hot air balloon. It was truely a fantastic experience made possible by the team, and will be forever memorable. Highly recommend.

This was me and my husband's first time on a Hot Air Balloon and it was quite a unique experience. Hot Air Gold Coast has a very professional team who know what they are doing. Unfortunately, there was no much wind the day we went up in a balloon. Inspite of that, it was a very nice experience slowing bobbing in the air looking around the farmlands. The highlight was watching a mob of Kangaroos skipping along below us. Such a happy feeling seeing them in their natural habitat like that.
The breakfast after the ballooning was a decent meal. Overall, it is something you should definitely try while at Gold Coast.

The view was fantastic and driver and pilot etc. are so professional and friendly.

This has been on my bucket list for a long time, and the box has been ticked, it was the best experience I have ever had in the air, after the nerves had settled and I had let go of the rail, I was able to enjoy the ride, oh and the view from the balloon, what can I say, it was absolutely amazing, the pilot Blake, he was amazing, made the ride very enjoyable. So glad I did it, an unforgettable adventure.
