Guests that require a wheelchair are welcome on our tours providing they are accompanied by an able-bodied companion and do not require special assistance from the supplier to embark and disembark the vehicle. Hotel pickups are nice but if you are the first pick up, you might be on the bus for 30-60 minutes before you actually take off.

Great Blue Mountains tour

Nice big comfortable bus. The bus driver told interesting stories along the drive. There was enough time in each destination (Zoo, Leura Village and Blue Mountains attraction). Feeding the kangaroos , three sisters rock formatoimisen and world’s deepest commoners train ride were highlights of the your!

Blue Mountain plus Bush Fire adventure

This was a very good excursion that gave a great intro to the Blue Mountains. The excursion was somewhat modified due to the bush fires raging in the areas near and far from the mountains. The changes were well managed and made the best of the situation. In fact Viator was nice enough to refund part of fee due to the changes. Our guide (Smokey), (no pun intended due to the fires) was outstanding. His insights and humor were enjoyed and appreciated. If you only have a short time in Australia and Sydney in particular, this is a good option to see a unique part of Australia.

Fantastic Day Tour

Absolutely fantastic trip. The Blue Mountains were beautiful, the Sydney Zoo was quite an experience, and then ending with a very scenic cruise along the Parramatta River back to downtown. 10/10 Would recommend.

Great tour made extra special by good weather

This trip is run by AATKings and the details between Viator and them about pick locations caused us some worries as did the change from small groups to one larger bus. However any problems vanished when we met the tour. Ash and John did a great job of guiding us all day to make the most of a wonderful site. As a visit Blue Mountains are a must do but clear weather makes it very special. The river cruise offers great views of the Sydney riverside and iconic views of the bridge and opera house and in 30 mins rounds off the great trip.

A wonderful experience

A most enjoyable day. Our guide Karl was extremely pleasant and well informed. He made the journey to the Blue Mountains most interesting by pointing out places of interest and a little of the history of the place. Enjoyed the little town of Leura and scenic world was definitely the highlight. I have given a score of 4 simply because I feel that too much time was spent on the talks at the zoo which left us short of time to see all the animals. That said, I appreciate that the zoo is newly opened and time to adjust is part of it. Overall it was a great day

Day trip to mountains.

New Sydney Zoo

We used AAT Kings for our excursion to Blue Mountain, Scenic World and the New Sydney Zoo that just opened Dec. 2019. Our guide and driver was very professional, friendly and informative. The New Sydney Zoo was great! The animals were lively and we got to feed the kangaroos. The information lecture on the Maori culture & customs was very interesting. The weather was not good for Blue Mountain but we enjoyed the rides at Scenic World. Overall a good trip!

Excellent Blue Mountains tour

Great communication from company regarding pickup time prior to tour. We were met at Harrington street by Steve in a clean comfortable coach with toilet. Soon we departed Sydney heading for the new Sydney zoo where we had a tour 20 mins start before the zoo opened. On the way Steve was very knowledgeable and gave us some really good history about Sydney and what lay ahead for the tour with some funny jokes annecdotes. At the zoo we had a tour and talk about the Aboriginal ways and also free time to roam ourselves. We then headed for the town of Leura for lunch though it was nice it was only warm. After lunch we headed for the mountains but the weather has already turned and it was lashing with rain. We arrived at the Cable car and took a ride over to the other side and explored the valley below and it has a great risen walkway but may prove difficult for some as it has stairs and is steep. I enjoyed the park despite the bad weather but the park was quiet - a bonus. On a bad note due to the weather the views were limited. ( NOT THE TOUR COMPANIES FAULT) After the park we headed back to Sydney Olympic Park to catch the boat back to Sydney with views of the bridge and Opera House with a voucher to get a free complimentary drink (alcoholic) I really enjoyed the tour despite the weather and they needed the rain after the bushfires and drought in the country and my only real complaint was the lukewarm lunch. Steve was brilliant

Fabulous Tour

This was a fabulous tour. Henry, the driver/guide was amazing. Prompt hotel pick up, visit to Sydney Zoo, tasty lunch in a little village in the Blue Mountains, entry to Scenic World and a river cruise back to the Harbour. Brilliant value, well organised and exceeded my expectations

Awesome Blue Mountains your

Ben was a fabulous tour guide, very knowledgeable and personable. He had a complicated task since a couple of tours were combined into one, I believe because of cancellations as a result of fires and coronavirus, but he handled it all seemlessly... Some of us had lunch, rides. Boat cruise included and some did not. A little more time could have been spent at Echo Point, I felt rushed and couldn't see everything in 45 minutes, and maybe knock off 15 minutes off the 2 hours at Scenic World... In my opinion. Overall, awesome tour.

Blue Mountains in the mist

Fantastic busdriver made the day not completely a disaster. Ofcourse nobody can drive the wether but we could not see 20 meters ahead, mist, mist, so the three cablecars were almost empty.

Great all inclusive tour!

The blue mountain tour was a great value for the money. Lunch included, zoo tickets, scenic world and harbor cruise back with a drink made it the best excursion of my entire trip! And Peter was a great driver and guide!

Our tour guide gave us lots of great information. We did not get to go into the blue mountains due to the fires. We had to view from overlooks. Liked the small zoo.

Excellent full day tour with AAT Kings, with a great variety...needs good weather

A great way to experience a variety of things in one full day. Due to great weather on Jan. 14, 2020, with sun, mid 20s, good visibility, and no fire smoke, every aspect of the day went great, from the zoo visit, to the views of the Three Sisters, and the 'blue' in the Blue Mountains, to lunch and walk around the quaint village, to the Cable Cars, worlds steepest railway (take it going down, and try to sit in or near the front for the best experience), walking the forest floor, followed by a wonderful harbour boat tour. AAT Kings communicated well in advance, was on time, and being picked up earlier enabled getting a mini city tour. Our driver and tour guide Jason was very knowledgeable, balanced and honest in his communications and answers. He gave great tips and ideas for each stop.

Blue Mountains All-Inclusive

AAKings does a great job. The coach was nice and the driver who also served as a guide was entertaining. The new zoo is really nice. Scenic World and the rain forest were special. The only drawback was being dropped at Parramatta with 1000 others for the ferry ride back to Sydney. Very disorderly. Otherwise I woul rate this a 5.
