The food was good but we found the music a bit too loud and a bit downbeat for the festive season. Although it may have been difficult we felt a commentary on the harbour and surrounds would have been interesting. The staff onboard were very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my time, couple things were missing! There was no Jazz music! As advertised, it was a keyboard with a lady singing we can barely hear! The food was yummy however being served the last it was almost finished and had to wait for the extra dishes to come out! I really wanted just to enjoy a bit of Jazz music as that's why I booked it for However the staff are nice and welcoming.

Hi Ritta, Thank you for your review, we are happy that you enjoyed your experience overall. Our cruises feature live jazz and easy-listening pop covers. On any given day you may get a different combination of instruments from grand piano, keyboard or guitar and a vocalist to brass instruments, double bass, vibraphone and more. We always try and strike a balance with volume that allows guests to enjoy the music whilst still being able have lunch and chat with friends. Regarding buffet service, we invite guests to the buffet table by table to avoid congestion and to allow time for our staff to replenish dishes. Some items will run low occasionally but are replenished as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience while our crew work to do this. Thank you again, we hope to see you in the near future. I might suggest booking during our lower season between Jan-Oct which isn't as busy and will allow you to enjoy the music more. Good cruise, Jazz was a nice bit, although it was a bit noisy to really enjoy the music and the day was so good to stay inside the deck, so we spent most of the time on the upper deck enjoying the viewes and the sunny day.

The food was very tasty and there was plenty of variety as well. The Views of the Harbor were great! I had my own personal 'guide', but I feel if maps or other information were available it would be nice. The Jazz was a singer and a piano player. They were best enjoyed from the upper deck as it was too noisy on the first deck to really hear well.

We love jazz and eating a good buffet and this excursion did not disappoint. The food was fabulous and was plentiful. The jazz band was small two people and the music was limited, but they were a talented couple. The trip was not narrated, which was a unfortunate. This was our first time in Australia and did not know about the rich history in the harbor. The staff did not ask us if it was our first time and what they could do to improve our experience.
