Value for money but they get you on drinks.

Nice experience. Food was good, relative to cost. However drink is where you get clipped. $40 for a $10 bottle shop wine. The music was OK if you like Jazz piano vamping. Personally I would have preferred a guitarist vocalist, something a bit softer and more entertaining, Perhaps something with a Latin feel. Overall $75 for a Valentines Day lunch cruise is probably good value.

We pride ourselves in selling bottled, South Australian wine on board produced by Angove Family Winemakers. Our Stonegate and Studio Series wines which sell at $40 on board actually retail at $21 (wineselectors.com.au). I believe our markup is very reasonable. I think we can both agree that pricing at your local bottle shop vs a cruise on Sydney Harbour does not make for a square comparison. I appreciate your comments regarding the music. We love our jazz lunch cruise as do many of our guests but we fully understand that it is not for everyone. Perhaps try our Latino Dinner Cruise next time :) Thank you again for cruising with us and we hope to see you in the near future.

No choices with food. Meat was chewy. Left late. Otherwise was quite good. Some young waiters very lazy. Plates are empty and no one was interested in taking them. Some staff mainly women were more keen

As part of our effort to maintain a COVID-Safe environment, we updated our menus to provide a set meal (alternate drop) served directy to your table. A full menu is always available to view on our website prior to booking. Unfortunately, there was a short delay on Valentine's Day due to some late arrivals. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience. That being said, upon our return to King Street Wharf, we remained alongside for 15 minutes past the scheduled end time to provide our passengers with additional time on board. I have noted your comments in regards to food and service and shall put them forward to our food and beverage team for consideration. We always aim to provide fresh, delicious food and great service across all of our cruises. I appreciate your valuable feedback regarding this.
