Driver was waiting on time. When he saw our luggage he said it wouldn't fit in the car. We had 3 cases and 2 carry ons as we are on a cruise for 18 nights + 7 nights in Sydney & 4 nights in Honolulu. He said the car was only for 2 people & 2 cases. The problem was his boot (trunk) wouldn't have taken 2 larges cases. No luggage could be put in the car, as his insurance would be void. He tried to phone for a larger car no reply. He was more interested in telling us that he had got up at 04.00 to do this pick up. He then took us to the taxi rank and said just follow those people and walked away.What a welcome to sydney.

Michael Slowther (+33685773639) You have booked and paid for sedan vehicle which clearly mentioned that the vehicle can accomodate up to 2 check in bags. However you arrived with 1 XL Suitcase (Grey colour) + 2x XL blue duffle bags + 1 Medium Grey Suitcase + 1 Medium silver Suitcase - none of them are carry on size. We have image of your baggage and can be provided upon request. You would need to book the people mover vehicle option for this many bags. In the future, please disclose the amount of luggage correctly to avoid issue. We will never compromise the safety by allowing more than vehicle's capacity.

My flight was delayed 3hrs. I was lucky that I could text messages to the drivers company informing of the situation. On arrival, in the arrival hall I saw my name which my driver was holding up. What a relief it was that I didn’t have to go hunting for my driver. He was very nice and friendly putting my troubles at easy. However, my next trip to Sydney I’ll try to use the tram and light rail system-it’s been completed.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Our flight was delayed from LAX to HK so the connection was missed taking us from HK to Sydney, AUS. That flight is 10 hours and the first flight was about 14 hours. So, had this company looked at the schedule at ANY TIME DURING THE 14 hours to see if we were arriving on time (which, I would think they would do as it was an overseas flight), they would know we were delayed by 24 hours. I contacted the company as soon as we landed in HK (which was still 12 hours BEFORE we were to be picked up) to ask that they pick us up when our new flight arrived (in 24 hours) rather than in 12 hours. So, there were 12 hours notice and absolutely ZERO inconvenience or work done by the provider - however, they REFUSED to reschedule and REFUSED to refund the money. I would have been happy to reschedule, I had to ask two times if they would do that and was advised "NO" - I would have to REBOOK and PAY 100% for the second time (not receiving a refund for the first charge.)

My most memorable experience was when I tried to call them several times and no one answered. I was able to message my driver who was not willing to help. There was a last minute problem with my flight and I arrived late. I couldn’t reach them; so, I ended up in the airport of an unfamiliar country with no transfer and no help. I’ll never forget this horrible experience.
