A day you will treasure!

Our trip with Craig began at the zoo and it was wonderful! He gets there early and if you enjoy feeding animals that are really hungry, it is a treat for you as well! Next we went to the Blue Mountains national park and hiked to the waterfall. Craig was watching over us the whole time and making sure we didn't miss any good views and kept us safe. It was a beautiful hike. The stop for lunch was in a quaint little town with shops and restaurants. Then we stopped at the three sisters rock formation. Great photo ops. Craig was a knowledgeable guide and fun to be with.

Everyone was picked up at the Grace Hotel so started our journey right away. Bus was very clean and comfortable. Craig is awesome. So nice and knowledgeable. First stop was the animal sanctuary. Up close and personal with kangaroos and koalas. Blue mountains were beautiful and the hike was not too hard. Had lunch in a small town nearby. Was very good. Had a lovely afternoon. Would recommend this tour.

So glad I decided to take the tour before my late flight. Craig, our tour guide, was amazing. We saw lots of animals and several good sites, plus stopped in a little town for lunch, ice cream and chocolate.

Craig was great! Pickup from our hotel easy! Featherdale Wildlife lots of fun! Pic w/Koalas! Blue Mountains were beautiful. Be prepared for a beautiful walk to see Waterfalls! Wear appropriate shoes! Laura great little town for lunch! See Three Sisters & Boarshead lookout! Long Day but worth it!

The best of the Blue Mountains tour in a day

This was a very well organised trip from start to finish with Craig providing a very interesting commentary about the history of the whole area. It was nice to be part of a small group of international travellers. The first stop at Featherdown wildlife park was a truly hands on memorable experience being able to get up so close to the many wonderful indigenous animals of Australia. This was then followed up with the Spectacular views from various look out points and lovely walks . Had a very interesting lunch ( afternoon tea) at the teapot history museum in Leura ( pity about the lack of clotted cream ) but still very nice and the tea memorabilia in the museum was amazing.

Overall, good excursion and very pleasant and enjoyable lunch at Carrington Hotel. My wife and I enjoyed it. More time should have been provided for full walk at scenic work for time to see falls, etc. This is the MUST-SEE part of the tour and unfortunately was very rushed. This can easily be done with less time for Leura mall and/or adding an hour to the excursion.

What was a last minute idea became one of the best tours I’ve done !!! Our driver and Tour guide was amazing 🤩 Naomi! She was knowledgeable in the history of the Blue mountains… Naomi made sure we were safe in our very comfortable vehicle…And took the time to answer all of our questions about Blue Mountain… shopping and food the best !!! Will come back and do another tour !!!!
