Cruise was canceled and Viator haven’t given a refund or advised us the cruise was canceled and waited an hour with our 6 month old son at the dock only too have too call the cruise ship and find out it was canceled through them.

Great to see the harbor, skyline, opera house, Harbor Bridge from the water! The ride was smooth & we enjoyed it. Took lots of pictures. Even on a sunny day the breeze was nice.

Take the ferry it’s cheaper

No one showed up. The dock was filled with people waiting for the 3:05 sightseeing cruise. I rang the customer service line and they told me they were not running that cruise on that day. No communication. Have asked for refund but was told to go through viator

Complete disaster, don’t book here!

Viator sold us tickets for a Sydney Harbour cruise at a moment when they (but not us) new already that the operator had cancelled the cruise. And they never told us. So there we were, together with other Viator victims, sitting on the quay, waiting for a boat that would never show up. So far, no refund either.

My mon was sick on that day, so I cancelled one ticket with the service provider, They’ve told me they would refund the cancelled ticket. But Viator emailed and said they was unable to refund me, it’s such a disappointment.

Seeing Sydney harbour bridge and opera house from the water. The noise of engines and people makes it difficult to hear the commentary, though when stopped it is better.

It was not a sightseeing cruise, just a ferry taking passengers from Darling Harbor to Circular Quay to Torrsnga and the back to Circular Quay before returning to Darling. No informative narrative.

Bel giro nella baia di Sydney

Bel giro nella baia di Sydney che permette di scattare bellissime foto al porto, con lo skyline della città, l'Harbour Bridge e la Sydney Opera House. Il giro è durato circa un'ora e mezza con diverse tappe nella baia ed è più economico di molti altri. È anche vero però che è possibile prendere il normale traghetto per Manly (tappa esclusa da questo giro) e scattare le stesse fotografie, per cui dipende dalle esigenze. Ad ogni modo lo consiglio. Unico lato negativo, che penso però dipenda da Viator: il nostro biglietto avrebbe dovuto includere una tazza di tè o caffè a bordo, ma quando abbiamo chiesto non ne sapevano nulla, sulla barca c'era esclusivamente la possibilità di comprare delle lattine di bibite (devo dire anche a buon prezzo), per cui segnalarei a Viator di correggere questo errore, per correttezza.
