Very difficult to understand the driver/Tour guide.

Nothing sticks out in my mind as being particularly memorable, I don’t think there was any need to stop for a coffee on such a short tour which took 20 mins of the sightseeing! more time at bondi beech would have been nice.

Martin our guide and driver was friendly, helpful and very informative. he gave us hints on there to go for anything special. he also took us to lots of many places of interest and gave us time to take photos.. because of this, we were to take the hop on hop off that we decided after this tour we do not need it.. so it was a great experience with Martin and we have had a wonderful time with him and would recommend his service to friends. we enjoyed touring Sydney with Martin.

A very good overview of the highlights of Sydney. My husband would have liked more time at each stop, but it kept the bus on a better schedule. Martin was entertaining and considerate of the needs of the participants. Hit all the must sees.

I think the most memeroble part of the tour was the photo opportunity to take the Opera House and Harbour Bridge together. We did not really enjoy our tour. The meeting up point was missed by some passengers and our guide did not turn up until 10:00 which was the actual start time of the tour. Boarding the bus was a joke due to the number of people with mobility issues and our guide insisting on boarding by name order. Finally started the tour @ 10:20. Nothing memorable on the tour and we didn't feel the tour was worth the money. We both had difficulty in understanding what the guide was saying and he did repeat himself numerous times. Note for who was with you. No option for Partner.

First of all, the tour is advertised as 3 hours. Starts at 10 am and finishes by 1.30 pm, which is actually 3.5 hours. The extra 30 minutes are used to sort out boarding, traffic etc. The bus tour itself is always more than 3 hours. Secondly, let’s make it clear to all of the readers here. The reviewer was disappointed because “Boarding on the bus was a joke due to the number of people with MOBILITY ISSUES and our guide insisting on boarding by name order” (Obviously our tour guide was seating people with mobility issues first.) So, our tour guide didn’t let the reviewer jump on the bus first and take priority seats reserved for people with mobility issues, and the reviewer was left “Disappointed”. I am speechless. Do you (the reviewer) realize that this is only a matter of time before you will be the one with mobility issues? Lastly, there are a few points that need to be clear to people coming on our tours –LOCATION AND TIMING We provide group tours. Everything starts on time. The latest time we are prepared to wait for you is 10.03 am. Please research the meeting location in advance and come there 10min in advance.

Hard to understand driver/commentary (heavy Italian accent)and feedback from speaker system. Difficult to take any pictures over people on the bus… we ditched the tour 1/3 of way in and went out on our own at the harbor stop. We took the ferry to Watsons Bay and had GREAT time on our own.

Hi Yoke, Thank you for joining our bus tour and for the excellent review. Yes, we do multiple stops of 10 min, and Bondi Beach stop of 30 min. Duration of our bus tour is around 3,5 hours and our guests may spend almost 1,5 hours outside. Considering that everything is well organised and you are not waiting for the bus, at least 10 min on each lookout is plenty. We stop at good lookouts, historical sights, and there is a coffee stop as well. Warm regards,

Tour operator was nearly 15 mins later than the meetup time. Then we waited another 15 mins to even get on the tour bus. Overall, it felt rushed and disorganized. I guess you get what you paid for.

Actually, thank you for your negative review! To all the readers here, if you book our tours: - do NOT be late. We cannot wait for you more than 3-4 min. There will be other people waiting for you. - a bus will come early and park, but you do NOT look for the bus (all tour buses in Sydney look the same). Meet our tour guides at the meeting place. - on a tour our tour guides will be in Full Control. After many years of operating we know how easily a few individuals may destroy experience of a whole group. "I guess you get what you paid for" - we could easily sell our tours for twice the current price. But we are creating Good and Affordable experiences.
Quick tour of outer CBD and coastal Sydney area.

A great short tour for people wanting to explore areas outside of the CBD. Stopped at a few good viewing points of the Opera house, Harbour bridge and CBD. Then drove to the more exclusive(Vancluse area) suburbs and eventually Bondi Beach, where you had the option to stay and make your own way back or return to city on the coach. Martin was an excellent guide. He had some good stories and made a lot of people laugh. He said a couple of times that the tour price was quite cheap, so if people liked the tour he would welcome any tips. I didn't mind giving him a small tip, since he did work really hard to give a good informative tour of the area. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a very quick tour of outer CBD and coastal Sydney area.
