Dave (Pino) was a great guide and the tour was a lot of fun. Only thing is the 6:30-9:30 slot doesn't include dinner, and by the time you're done, many restaurants are closed so be sure to eat before hand or don't be shy to buy snacks in the pubs.

Gregg did an awesome job on the tour. It was the right mix of history, jokes, and beer! He was hilarious and kept the group engaged the whole time. The Rocks is a neat historical part of town. Would 100% recommend to people traveling to Sydney.

Craig from Dave’s tours was a fantastic guide! He kept it fun while interspersing some really interesting history about The Rocks, and he had great beer recommendations at all the pubs we went to. This was a fun and informative tour with drinks!! Our guide Gaz was the best! He was funny, friendly and very knowledgable. There were just 5 of us on the tour so it was a nice small group. We learned a lot about the area and got to try some great local brews. I definitely would recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys a cold beer!

With regards to the inclusion of snacks, we have considered this, however we feel this would result in an added cost to you, the customer, and we have tried very hard to keep the cost of the tour as low and appealing as possible. We do agree that food should be included, which is why we have added a meal deal as an optional add on, to be enjoyed either before or after the tour. Cheers

we had Gregg (of Dave's Tours) - he was excellent. a lot of fun, great interaction; a lot of info besides the tastings. my only criticism (but i still rate this a 5) was that there should be some snacks or light bites. 2 - 3 hours of just drinks, starting at 6:30, is a bit rough.

Excellent Walking Tour!!

This is a wonderful mix of history about the Rocks and early Sydney settlement/life as well as a great pub tour with some excellent choices of Australian beer. Our guide, Rob, was fantastic! He knew a ton about the history of the Rocks as well as the pubs we visited and general Australian history as well. We really enjoyed our time with him. Only thing to note is that this is a 3 hour tour! Not 2.5 as Viator claims.
