What was supposed to be a 4 hour experience ended up being less than 2.5 hours. Most of the driving is through town streets including paved (heavy traffic) and dirt roads. We arrived at Playa Vieja and were told we could get drinks and relax for a few minutes before taking off. We asked our guide if we could swim there but we were told no, we would go somewhere else. We never went anywhere else. He took us back to where we started. No partial refund or even I’m sorry from the boss. Our guide didn’t speak much English and didn’t care.

Amazing experience. So much fun I booked it twice!! Everyone was so helpful and they took pictures for us without asking. The views and beaches were beautiful. I will book this again next time.
