Enjoy a wonderful day on the beaches of Tamarindo and experience pura vida with your guide who will organize everything for you. This is about a 7-hour excursion, beginning at 12:30pm. Stop at the shops to buy things for a mini picnic (not included) in Matapalo, then get to Pirate’s Bay. You can play in the crystal water here, snorkel if you like, and then have the option to visit 2 more beaches, and have a bonfire and skewers cooked by your guide.

An Amazing Experience Near Tamarindo

For our 2nd trip to Costa Rica my fiance and I were seeking an experience off the beaten path. This daytrip with Esteban did not disappoint. He catered the experience to our every wish. There were many options, but we ultimately decided to visit a "secret" beach which allowed us to enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica away from the busier, more touristy beaches around Tamarindo. We snorkeled, hiked up some very manageable terrain to observe a truly incredible sunset, and ended the day enjoying a few local beers and freshly grilled food around a beach campfire. Esteban could not have been a better guide. He was on time, polite, and left us feeling as though we made a friend for life. We are truly grateful to have taken this incredible journey. If you want to experience the true nature of Costa Rica away from the crowds, then this trip is for you! We will never forget this perfect day.
