Great day out, 2.5 hours to the reef, and snorkeling under the very watchful eyes of the team. Special thanks to Paiton who happily towed us back to the boat when we felt like stopping early. Fun team and day out, with a secure feeling that you are in very safe hands out in the middle of the ocean!

Amazing team very helpful and experienced staff. The reef looked incredible. I am not a strong swimmer but team was very helpful so I can say it suits to every level. But you do have to be at least able to swim. Food that was included was very good too. And we were very happy that there was no kids. So for those who would like a more peaceful experience I recommend to take a full day as all families with kids went on a half day cruise.

Great vessel especially the top deck. Amazing staff, happy to help with anything (even a hair tie crisis for our teenager!) Loved every single second of the snorkelling..just beautiful!

Not a good experience
Rushed
Taken to a section of the Reef at the worst time and in the choppiest water
Maybe 20 mins of snorkelling if lucky

We paid to go to outer reef but 2 minutes before departing were told we weren’t going due to weather. Apparently they had not gone to outer reef in weeks so it would have been nice to have some opportunity to change plans prior to leaving. We had a snorkel then went to Whitehaven which we had already done. Disappointing.
Great but hard

A great experience, but much harder physically than expected. Not suitable for younger children or elderly as a lot of swimming is required. Even on a fine day it was very rocky on boat and many felt seasick. Staff do not assist people getting in and out of dinghy, I saw two people fall when trying to step into dinghy, no staff helped. Thought that was extremely dangerous.
Captain was lovely, and barman Manu was so friendly and helpful, but rest of staff just rush you, yelling at everyone to get in the boat, shouting at people to hurry up while swimming, some of them need hospitality training.
Still, the good parts outweighed the bad.

Awesome trip
Staff so helpful, even shared their jackets when I was shivering! Staff approachable, friendly and fun. The reef (what we saw) was beautiful….2 great locations. Saw plenty of colourful fish 🐠 and huge variety of corals and a bloody big shark! Thankyou
