Organizing and planning a trip requires a lot of time and if we have made reservations on your behalf, it may be very challenging to cancel some booking requests. Once we receive your booking and will start arranging your tour guide, buying tickets, making reservations at venues for your tour, etc.
If you cancel the tour any time after we have sent you the custom Itinerary Sheet, the service fee of 15% of your total tour cost will be nonrefundable
If your cancellation falls within the fees applied to the Standard Cancellation Policy, the service fee of 15% will no longer take effect. You will only be responsible for the cancellation fee specified in the Standard Cancellation Policy. Please carefully review the terms and conditions specified on the checkout page.

Awesome experience in Ebisu

Absolutely loved our experience with Noriko. Our guide was very informative and accommodated for our needs. Went to four different places that specialised in different authentic Japanese foods. Even had a surprise tour not food related afterwards. Definitely a must if you have never visited Tokyo before. So relaxed and lots of fun

Toshio, thank you very much for a memorable and tasty experience. Our guide, Toshio is from the area and is well versed in the neighborhood, history, gastronomy and culture. He had a wealth of knowledge and stories about the Ebisu neighborhood and food. He was very punctual and waiting at our meeting point before we arrived. The meeting point he picked was easy to travel to and find. Thank you again, Toshio for making our first visit to Tokyo amazing.

Mack was great taking us to various restaurants in Tokyo and on to a whiskey tour afterward. We had a great time. He also asked where we were staying and proceeded to tell us about a wonderful digital art museum we would have totally missed that was within walking distance. Loved it! Thanks again Mack.

This was not a food tour! It was an unorganized event that was a waste of our time and money on holiday. The guide hardly says spoke English, she had no plan and we could have basically gone to the restaurants by ourselves. No insight into food tradition and culture was provided unless asked!
