We loved our tour with Koba

Our whole experience with Koba was fantastic from start to finish. He reached out to me shortly after we signed up with the tour to discuss the days plan, met us at our hotel, and guided us to some really unique and special locations in Tokyo. He was thorough, well informed, patient, and has everything you need (from wet wipes, to chopsticks to maps). He taught us local customs and about the history of the places we visited. We really enjoyed meeting him and spending our afternoon together.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE

We were very excited for this tour. Our tour guide never showed up and for a full 1 hour, I tried to call him with no success and messaged the tour provider for a full hour with NO RESPONSE. 3 hours later, someone contacted me with an unbelievable story about why the tour guide couldn’t make it. We were left standing around for 1 full hour outside our hotel with NO HELP at all. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND this trip to anyone !!!
