Very easy to find once on the property. Check in process was easy. We had a safe and smooth flight experience, however it would have been nice if pilot gave some information regarding buildings and main attractions. Also, my husband is 6ft4in and this was a very small helicopter, was difficult for him to get in and out, just something to consider if you have super long legs. Our photo came out pretty nice. Overall a good experience.

Was nothing but a positive experience — the staff were beyond friendly and took the time to clearly explain what we as the customers were to do. Safety was held to a high standard and the pilot was very talented. I would highly recommend the 14 Minute Heli Tour over Toronto to both locals and visitors.

A bit of a maze to get to the helicopter tour location. Once there, a comfortable place and informative staff preparing you before boarding the helicopter. The tour was awesome !!! Pilot loves his job and points out places of interest. Toronto from an aerial view is beautiful. Highly recommended.

Fabulous experience. Hardest part...

Fabulous experience. Hardest part was finding the right part of the airport to report to - use of unlabelled dedicated phone line and walks round deserted hangers - very James Bond, and then the real thrill happened. Slick, well rehearsed, company with an experienced pilot Kevin and great, helpful and enthusiastic ground and admin staff. Weather was great and the whole experience was amazing.

Tour en hélicoptère très sympa. On voit bien le paysage. En revanche, nous avions un rendez vous un autre jour qui avait été confirmé au matin, puis une fois sur place on nous a dit qu’il était annulé à cause du temps. Un peu déçue, surtout que l’aéroport n’est pas à côté. Le lendemain, nous y retourner cette fois ci impeccable. Le crew prend une photo à côté de l’aéroport qui est offerte. Puis décollage, pour précisément 11 minutes et pas 14. Deuxième déception, car vu le prix on s’attend à faire 14..
