The helicopter ride was amazing! What made it even more comforting was how clean and organized staff were. They made sure there wasn’t too many people in the waiting room, sanitized everything after someone touched things. The staff were very friendly! The pilot was great at answering our questions, no awkward silence. Seeing the city in a helicopter was definitely an experience to remember!

A must do! ! I booked this as a surprise for my husband for our anniversary and it was amazing, couple of downsides was I thought it would only be the 2 of us it was never suggested we would be sharing the flight with someone else but a random stranger was on our flight then I was told I couldn't sit beside my husband in the back and I was put in the front so we didn't get to sit together also the headsets didn't work so there was no communication between anyone, it was great to see Toronto from above though and we got our picture taken beside the helicopter and collected it at the end, there is also a complimentary shuttle to billy bishop airport from the royal York hotel which was really handy

That was an amazing experience...from the beginning to the end The booking was a peace of a cake...the personnel was incredible nice,friendly and highly professional.. the flight is something of indescribable...bird view,almost no turbulence's, the only thing is that is, the flight itself is a short one...I could enjoy this for much longer...but it is worth every penny Thanks Viator and Hely Tours will be back with some guests from Europe in July

This was a great tour and the 7min one was enough to give you a great experience as well as the best view of the city. According to them they are the only one allowed to go near the CN tower aside from military aircraft. Highly recommended.

Ground crew couldn't have been more helpful and nice.but the pilot never spoke a word to us except to say that he would not be speaking to us. Now either your website is misleading it says picture is included or the helicopter company scammed us because we had to pay for the picture. I wouldn't recommended the helicopter company to anyone. I have been on helicopter rides before that we 100 better. Unfortunately this was my gift to my Mother for her 70th birthday and it was her first ride on a helicopter. Very unsatisfied.

We were not provided with any information on how to find the actual helicopter office. we ran around the island for almost an hour expecting it to be as simple to find as described, almost missed our booking and had to get someone from the airport to ring them and find out where they were located. The actual flight was exciting cause it was a first experience for the both of us but it definitely was not a long flight for the price paid. we also never received the 'promised' photos as per the description. would not go with this company again.
