We did the private tour for 2, which is $20 extra pp. Very small plane but the view of downtown Toronto is a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

Unfotunately main aircraft had a problem and flight of 4 was split into two groups on separate flights. Pilot and tour was great. Need to make payment method clear for surcharge as very limited options.

The flight and pilot both were good . But they promised us to give a tour of toronto downtown instead of that they gave us scarborough tour. And also beware of hidden expenses ask them before always.

I would definitely be recommending this trip! Iflytoto did an amazing job with everything for us. The flight was amazing and the views of the city were great, we were able to get right next to the CN tower. It was exactly how they said it would be when moving the trip to a private tour instead of being on a shared flight.

The tour itinerary said we would get a closeup view of the CN Tower, the Roger’s Centre and Scotia Arena. The picture I am including was the closest we got to the downtown area. The pilot said that Porter Airlines and the helicopter tour from Toronto Island get precedence. Very disappointing.
Lacks excitement in the host

The views were amazing, a bit scary in a small plane but very romantic. It was a very hot day which wasn’t their fault, maybe a mini fan for the guests but the only think that set it apart from being completely amazing to just a normal tour was the driver. She was not friendly at all, she was rude and robotic in her steps, as if she didn’t want to be there. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and she didn’t even ask, are you celebrating anything or have any excitement in her voice whatever. When you have this type of customer experience it’s not enjoyable. We went on a similar flight in Banff and the tour guide/driver was sooo excited and would explain sites and stories and was just overall an unbelievable experience. We are from the city but image people from out of town, the excitement wasn’t there.

Pictures weren’t the same. Didn’t get to ride through the city due to busy air traffic but did get a nice view of the water. Pilot was nice.

Unfortunately due to the fact that Air Traffic has been short staffed and very busy air traffic in the city, we were not allowed in which understandably why the pictures are different. These are outside of our control and all operators have to abide by these rules. We hope to have you again to give you the five star experience we are accustomed to giving.

This experience was filled with adrenaline and excitement! I was a bit nervous as the weather was super windy but the pilot was amazing and did a fantastic job of making me feel safe and comfortable, he did an excellent job and ensured me the most fun! 10/10 would do it again, but next time in better weather😅

The experience was really good. We had a good time. But there are a few drawbacks where the seat was not comfortable (please consider changing the seat cushion)and the ATC not allowed us to fly over CN towers. But the pilot was very polite and friendly and showed some other places which were also equivalently good.

We took a private two seater plane. The pilot was very kind and took pictures and the ride was enjoyable. The take off and the landing was very smooth. The plane was a bit too old and I would advise the owners on upholstery upgrade & a new paint. The champaigne gift bag was a nice touch. Overall, it was a fun experience and I would recommend it to friends and family.

One word… spectacular! From start to finish, this whole journey was unbelievable. I am petrified of heights but this was one of the best experiences of my life. Our guide flew us around the CN Tower and we saw all of the sights from above. Toronto is sensational and you get to see all of this from the plane. I would 100% recommend booking this!!!

Disappointed about jet tour

I extremely disappointed with the experience. Came done so unhappy. Small jet. I expected the copilot to atleast tell us where we were and what we were looking at. None of that was done. It's as if they were carrying deaf and dumb folks in a small plane and saw no need to talk to us while we were flying. Am very disappointed.

Thank you for your review. The aerial tour is short and is around 20 mins and it focuses on the CN tower and the skyline of the city where pictures say a thousand words. We do explain the flight plan before the flight and that is why we ask our guests to arrive earlier. You arrived at departure time and you missed the briefing. To that extent we were clear in the description that it is not a guided tour as our crew needs to fly the aircraft. We're sorry you did not experience the 5 star service that we usually offer.

It was a very windy day, but our pilot did a fantastic job keeping the plane leveled! He was awesome! We circled around downtown and got some great shots. It was just my 7-year-old son and me along with the pilot. We'd definitely do it again!
