What To Expect

Begin with pickup at your accommodations in Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Markham, or Richmond Hill, and hear stories about Niagara Falls’ history, geography, and culture as you travel towards the falls in a private luxury vehicle.

Board the Niagara City Cruise (available from April through November) for a look at Niagara Falls from their misty, thundering base.

Continue to the picturesque town of Niagara-on-the-Lake: ask your driver to drop you off for a stroll, or just cruise the quiet downtown streets, pausing for photographs at the main sites. This tour concludes with return transfer to your accommodations.

Overall OK experience but pricey and with a couple of issues

Overall a good experience. Fabio our driver was on time and knowledgeable of the areas, sites, history etc. Two points that are worth calling out as issues: 1/ we agreed to do the "Journey through the falls" experience. While we knew the cost would be extra, we were disappointed to learn that Fabio went ahead and got the tickets for us and that we will have to reimburse him in cash. We realized after that he overcharged us by 20$ vs the public rates. 2/ the tour description clearly says that there is Entry/Admission to a Winery. When asked which winery we would be visiting and doing the tasting at, Fabio said that they stopped doing these as part of the tour since the wineries started charging $10 for the tasting. Then what's the point of saying that the admission is included if it has no value and the driver actually discourage you from doing this aspect of the tour.

Great tour of Niagara

The whole family had a terrific day in and around Niagara Falls. The falls were the highlight however the winery visit and smallest church in the world were also fun. The tour was well organised and gave plenty of time to explore on our own. One small disappointment was not getting the ride on the boat to the falls. This could have been explained more fully at time of booking. However a good experience for the whole group.
