Spectacular and Breathtaking

Appreciated that the tour was for a smaller group not a huge bus load. Guide Melvin was great at sharing information and answering questions. He asked for group input when appropriate as far as where to stop and was careful with our time. The “star” of the day, Niagara Falls, did not disappoint. What a spectacular, breathtaking experience!

without a doubt it was our tour guide. He was just great. Full of great information and very funny. It was pouring rain and we thought it would be a wash out .Many problems arose and roads were closed ,but we ploughed on and by the time we got to the falls,the sun was out and it was a beautiful rest of the day.I will tell all my friends and i will go on that tour again for sure.

Niagara Falls is definitely a place you don’t want to miss. This tour was great add on to our Toronto trip . Pick up location was convenient and easy to get to. The bus driver and tour guide were nice and kept us on time. We first stopped at Niagara on the Lake for one hour, drove by the scenic driveway, passed by the floral clock, and stopped at Table Rock Visitor Center for a close look of the Falls. We then went to the cruise area and took the boat for an even closer look of the falls (this was the highlight of our day!). We then spent roughly one hour and a half walking around and having lunch before heading back to Toronto. It was a very good experience overall.

Thank you for an amazing experience! The guide Michael was smart and made this journey a fun one; I was little apprehensive going solo but it was the BEST tour I have been on! Michael was hilarious and I still learned so much and he’s the best picture taker ever…even better than my girlfriends…lol

My family and I really loved the experiences of walking through Niagara-on-the-Lake and taking the Hornblower boat tour at Niagara Falls. Our tour guide, Ed, was extremely knowledgeable and very interesting to listen to. The luxury coach was a smooth ride and the pick up and drop off location in downtown Toronto was just a fe blocks from our hotel.

I got a few minutes late the cab I was on was behind the bus at union square . I called the operator to wait for be because I was behind him as u see the text attachaded he did not allow me to go . So I got a train which will allow me to get to Niagara faster then the bus and asked to meet them there u can see through message we accepted me sending my Niagara tickets by QR code but he didn’t… and they never refunded me I am sue them because beside this there are lot of not regulated procedures

So let me get this straight… You show up 20min late and refuse to accept company policy for boat tickets. Perhaps next time you respect other peoples time and maybe the tour guide will show you more respect. look at the hundreds of people that said how organized our tour is. You my friend are misguided and rude both in person and online. Safe travels and smarten up for your next trip. Always the one star reviews for people that were late and held up the group. I should give them one star for disrespecting other people time

We were just sub contracted to a driver that took us to Niagara falls - there was no tour at all! I asked for a partial refund because of this. I would not recommend going to this tour on January as it was foggy and nothing much to see.

Our tour guide, Michael Angeletti, was absolutely fantastic! Our family enjoyed seeing all things Niagra and the hornblower boat experience was priceless! We wish there was more time in Niagra on the lake, 45min was not enough time to enjoy the shops/atmosphere. But all in all this excursion was worth every penny. Thanks again, Michael, for making the day extra fun.

Our trip was amazing, just as stated and skips out all of the tourist aimed rubbish that other tours look to give. Michael our tour guide was not only funny but knowledgeable too, he took us to Niagara on the lake, as well as the falls and organised the boat ride too. He knew when to provide facts and when to provide chill time for the guests which in my opinion is how every good tour guide should be! I’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone wishing to visit Niagara from Toronto
