Snowing but beautiful

Falls in the snow - beautiful even though not a clear day, fabulous lunch at Table Rock Restaurant overlooking the Falls, most popular stops, roadside scenery, great driver/guide Wayne - his knowledge, consistent good humour, consideration & driving skills ensured we had the best day!

This was exactly what what my family needed! We saw Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, some wine tasting, maple syrup tasting, and a history lesson. We didn’t have to worry about navigating the traffic to get to all of these places. Wayne, our tour guide, was really nice too!

Great tour but 3 things that could be better. 1. Spend more time at Niagra on the Lakes town rather than the area around Niagra Falls. 2. Do a proper wine tasting 3. Drop people of in the reverse order to the pick up so it is fair timewise for everyone.

Visiting Niagara was absolutely gorgeous! The full itinerary should have been stated BEFORE we bought the tour. The wine tasting was a stop at a college (not a vineyard) to taste the wines that students made. Very disappointing.

Not Worth the Stress

The problem was the tour driver (Brian/Bryan), he was extremely rude and uncouth, he left my 2 kids and I stranded for more than an hour in the heat with no apologies offered, the Niagara Falls security had to come to our rescue. The tour guide Monsieur Jaques on the other hand was an absolute delight and a very kind man.. bless him.

just above the falls where the bus first stopped because you could feel the water rush but the not so great memory was Niagara on the Lake because 35 minutes with no overview (go to Chistmas store, washrooms here, Festival gift shop, art store is not worth it. I would rather get home earlier (cause it was a long day) or go to the butterfly museum

Fun Day at Niagara Falls

Our guide, Zeekee (not sure how it is spelled) was very helpful. I thought I had purchased the hornblower boat tour, which I did not. Zeekee helped guide me to where I was to purchase a ticket and waited for me so that I could catch up with the group. I would recommend the boat ride under the Falls. Loved it.

Great day out, very relaxing, an opportunity to see countryside out of Toronto during bus journey. Wine tasting was good. The Falls were exactly as the photos suggest. Ignore the tacky tourist stalls, concentrate on the natural wonder, and do have a go on the 'Maid of the Mist', be prepared to get wet! Fab day away from an intense city break.

I was a bit disappointed with this tour. The wine tasting only lasted about 15 minutes tasted three wines, the boat tour and lunch were not included, which was not realized until the day off. The description makes it seem like the boat tour and lunch are include just for a heads up. If you do not book the boat tour and lunch separately, you will have 3 hours to find something to do solo. Our guide was very hard to hear so I didn't learn anything while on the ride. Overall, I wouldn't recommend going with a tour. Instead book a bus ticket from Toronto to Niagara Falls, get a cheap boat tour ticket which are sold all over, and then head back. Total should be a 4 hour adventure. My tour lasted about 12 hours and it was way too long.
