Perfect way to see Loire Valley

This is a perfect trip if you want to see Loire Valley countryside. The 2 chateaux we visited are Beautiful (Villandry) and Peaceful (L’Islette), and especially very few tourists. The 2 cave wineries are very unique and you got to talk to the owner in one of them. All in all, it’s a perfect trip; not too long, yet you get various experiences. On top of that , our guide Demitri (sp?) was exceptional. Very accomodating, pleasant and very knowledgeable. It’s a must do tour.

Culture, food and wine!

This was a really delightful tour. Our guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The day consisted of a good mix of activities. My hard to please and ever so slightly spoiled kids loved it. Just the right combination of culture, food and wine! Villandry is s gorgeous castle but not too big if you are with recalcitrant children. It has lovely gardens. I would 100% recommend this tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour! Our host was understanding when we were dumb and went to the wrong tourist office for pick-up, and he was able to make changes to the tour to due to weather. Two great chateau visits and two great winery tours. Exactly what we were looking for!
