Coming2 Mexico gave really clear instructions on how to find them in Tulum airport. The driver took good care to bring everyone conveniently to their hotels. The company is trustworthy and I recommend especially for solo (female) travellers! :-)

Despite the typical chaos after you leave baggage claim with all the transportation companies and signs, I was able to locate the tour company. I was worried about waiting too long for others to join the shuttle but fairly quickly I was escorted to the van and pleasantly surprised I was the only one going to Tulum… so was nice to have a private (shared) van. Driver was friendly and got me to my resort quickly and comfortably.

My ride was scheduled to be a shared ride. Twenty minutes into the ride I became very ill, vomiting just not feeling well. My drive was extremely patient, he stopped as many times as I needed and it immediately turned into private transportation. I really appreciated him it was 2am in Tulum.

Good for solo female travelers! I booked on Viator because I like the security of a well-known site. Coming2 gave VERY specific instructions on how to find their company. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the cabs at the airport but I found them without much trouble. The guide was polite and helpful. After dropping off some riders in Cancun, it was just me and the driver. The ride to Tulum was about 90 mins and my driver was nice, respectful and I felt safe the whole time. I wish I had more cash & I would’ve left a larger tip! I would recommend this company to any woman traveling alone.

Our flight was delayed, be I called you to move pickup time once I had the new flight info. They were there but would not take us to Tulum at 9 pm They referred me to a driver who charged me $270 for a one way ride I'm not happy. Can I get at least a refund for the trip to I didn't get? I still need the return trip as scheduled.

Round-trip Transport Vouchers Bring Anger and Frustration

The transport experience from Cancun airport to Tulum was very sound: efficient, conscientious and professional. We found the Coming2 company representative fairly easily, the wait for the departing vehicle was brief, and the 90 minute drive to the resort was entirely pleasant. The issues arose around arrangements for the return trip: I was assured that I would receive word as to the timing of our pick-up two (2) days in advance of our departure date; that didn't happen. On the day prior to my departure, I tried unsuccessfully to reach the vendor -- via WhatsApp, via email, via a Viator representative and even the concierge and travel representatives at my resort. There was simply no response. Finally, in exasperation, I had to make alternate arrangements for transport to the airport -- at significant cost, I might add. Finally, in a twist of irony that strains belief, I was informed by the resort concierge that Coming2 had finally responded (this being the morning of my departure date) and would send a car for me in an hour. By that time I had already cancelled the trip and requested (demanded?) a refund. It remains to be seen whether the company will have the decency to comply. In the end, if you opt to use Coming2 at all, my advice is to purchase the one-way trip and then use Viator to purchase the return trip voucher soon after settling in at your destination.

omg what a terrible experience - i followed all instructions when arriving cancun airport no one was there and when i contacted them they told me there was no shuttle to pick me up - what a nightmare i ended paying for a taxi with my own $$ - do not rely on this company ever

It took a bit of time for me to find the contact person. I was originally misdirected by airport staff and sign wasn't super obvious but a phone call sorted things out. Still had to wait a bit before leaving but once on the road all was as expected. All were courteous and professional.

I called to let someone know our flights were delayed. No one answered nor called back. Finally reached someone from Viator. That process was horrible. I’ve never had an issue with them in the past. All the verification checks we finally got it resolved. Well I hope so. One of my half day excursions was canceled. I was not informed of the cancellation. Overall I’m very disappointed. Too much more to type.
