      Unfortunately we can't make pickups in Tulum, but we have a meeting point for Tulum is at main entrance of the super market "Super Aki" When you arrive at this place you must go to the main entrance of the super market, in that place you will find the guides who wear a green shirt and cap.

    • The zipline has a weight limit of 140 Kg or 310 Lbs.
    • Minimum age limit to drive the ATv is 18 yeats old.
    • Minors can ride the ATV accompanied at all times by their parents in the ATV For 2 Riders (2 People) option
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 500 travellers

        Isaiah was our main tour guide and he was excellent: funny, engaging, and lots of energy. He spoke with all the groups, regardless of age, gender, or race and made sure they felt included. The ATVs were slow- not sure if something went wrong. But the zipline was beautiful (I’m afraid of that drop feeling and it was ok!). The best pet was the cenote and I hope to tour more cenotes this week. Better than I could have imagined.

        This excursion was great, our tour guide Isa was amazing & made everyone feel included as well as safe. The cenote here is a once in a lifetime experience!!

        The cenote was amazing. Javier, our tour guide, made the experience so positive and memorable while in the cenote. He was so patient when someone from our group became scared of not knowing how to swim. Made the experience great for all of us

        4 out of 5 because the booth charged my card twice after he told me he charged it for $30 and swiped my card again and charged me $13 but he charged me 40$ the first time and added himself $13. Bought the pictures for $40 and they charged me $50. Other than that the tour guides and the activities were GREAT!

        Pick up location changed last minute to a location of ~1 hour distance, so not feseable.

        Pick up location changed last minute to a location of ~1 hour distance, so not feseable. The alternative opting given was moving to the following day or canceling. We waited one day holiday, that we could have done something else :(
