At the Versace outlet our hand bag was stolen. It had passports about 3000 Euros and an Iphone. The shop assistants were least helpful. The Police was a bit indifferent. However the girl at Assist office was helpful. Those visiting are advised to take care of their bags.

We traveled from the US to Italy and caught the 9:30am shuttle and left at 4:15. It’s DEFINITELY worth it. By the time you finish shopping and grab something to eat, it’s time to leave. We thought it would be way to long, but it’s a lot of really nice stores with great deals.

Fantastic place to shop and shop. Ever the kids had a good time. Good food everywhere too. Very clean and all the staffs in all the shops are friendly. Do not claim tax refund thrre as the service fee is 19.5%. Just do at the airport. Its anywhere between 3 euro and 10 euro depending on the amount claimed.

The bus driver that brought us back from shopping was a wonderful man. He gave me $20 to to give to a homeless person in America. I also gave us a big warm hug. This experience was the most amazing thing I have ever experience in a foreign country. He was so kind and compassionate. I noticed he treated other passengers with love and care. I am so sorry I didn’t get his name but God knows who he is. May the LORD blessed him and his family in Jesus name.

It was a disaster trip on Sunday, 9th October 2022 . We had booked 6 tickets through Viator for Serra Ville shopping transfers . We were shocked when we came to know that departure venue was changed at the last moment and there was no information. It was our taxi driver who helped us find the departure point . The staff of bus operator were very rude to us . We were not given any tickets nor we were told at what time the bus will leave Serra Ville . We missed our return bus as we calculated 8.5 hours stay but our return time was much earlier . With the help of a customer relations executive of Serra Ville we were able to get on another bus by paying 10 euros each amidst rain . I demand and expect full refund from Viator for this goofed up tour .

Great shopping trip just don’t be caught out by the VIP upgrade. This is not worth the money we did not get the priority boarding or the discount vouchers. The pick up points are confusing and we tried to contact the trip organiser and have still not had a reply after 3 days. We went and spoke to the ticket host of the bus at train station she was very helpful and we got bus there. We have booked quite a lot of trips the Viator over this last year and disappointed they have not replied to my email either .
