Waterfalls and lakes

The waterfalls were gorgeous, and the lakes and border towns were incredible. Really enjoyed the international park. The first lake wanted almost $80 to go on the rafts, so we went to a lake with a nice little shopping area instead. Remember to bring cash as none of these places take card, and to bring your swimsuit for the lake!

Wow! This is such a cool wtefall to head to! There are two sides to the falls but no interconnecting bridge so you’ll have to go back to the beginning of the trail to start the other side. The lakes were amazing and reminded me of Lake Tahoe just tropical and this tour even goes and crosses the border to Guatemala! Which means you’ll visit a second country on this tour! Highly recommend it !

Amazing Waterfalls

The places we went on this tour were excellent. The waterfalls were amazing! Tour guide was very friendly but was not very informative of the area. Mostly drove and didn't explain anything about the places we went unless he was asked questions. Very long day. Was told we would return at 8:30pm before tour date but asked driver the day of and he said 10:00pm and we got back exactly at 10:00pm. Pick up was suppose to be at 7:00am but wasn't picked up until 7:25am.

We took this day trip, it was amazing. The waterfalls are breathtaking. The water is gorgeous! Definitely recommend this trip!

Wundervolle Wasserfälle und ein Muss, alles andere leider nicht

Wunderschöne Wasserfälle, nur leider zuwenig Zeit dort verbracht (1 Stunde) und dabei war es das Highlight des Tages. Der Fahrer war sehr nett und kompetent. Leider gab es nicht wie gebucht einen englisch sprechenden Guide, so dass ich kaum etwas verstanden hab. Ich hätte gern verstanden was der Guide zu den Wasserfällen zu sagen hatte & bei Angaben wann die Abfahrt zum nächsten Stop etc ist, ist dies wichtig zu verstehen. Die nächste Station war ein kleiner See mit Möglichkeit einer sehr kleinen Bootstour. Von den Mexikaner verlangte man 85 Pesos, von mir Ausländer 850 Pesos. Habe dann abgelehnt. Weiter ging es zum nächsten See mit Möglichkeit zum Baden. Dieser war sehr schön mit 1,5 Std Aufenthalt. Die Rückfahrt nach Tuxtla betrug 4 Stunden.
