Wayan was our driver, we had booked the tour in the UK online before we had arrived in Bali, the communication was excellent and the first day pick up was on time, Wayan collected us from our hotel and we had our own itinerary we showed him and he made some suggestions as well. So we did the traditional balinese home, silver Market, painting market and wood carving market, Ubud Palace and market, waterfalls, glass Bridge and sacred monkey forest. And the we added another day with Wayan who was really helpful and informative about what and where we were going. 2nd day, rice terraces, water temples, coffee plantation, Mount Batur and elephant cave temple. It was an excellent and stress free way to get around at your own pace and the driver would stop wherever you wanted and looked after us every step of the way . Excellent service through out.

It was a great trip! We went with Wayan Lila who was very helpful. He asked us where we wanted to go and also gave us good tips on hidden gems and less touristy places which we really enjoyed. He was very knowledgeable about the different places. Definitely worth it!

Amazing!! We had Wayan the first day and immediately requested him for our 2nd day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helped plan our day so we saw everything we wanted. He explained cultural and historical significance of all of the sights in Ubud. He also took the time to be our personal photographer, making sure we got a perfect shot/video at every destination. Wayan made sure the car was nice and cold every time we came back from a stop. He also packed ice cold water and cold towels which felt so great after hiking the hot humid jungle to temples and waterfalls. I can't say enough wonderful things about our days with Wayan. We will be back and will request him again!

Great experience if you have a wish list of places to see. Bali is hilly, the roads generally narrow and often not signposted so some local knowledge is perfect. Our driver was from the Ubud area and knew the roads well, so we were able to smoothly visit the four locations we'd chosen for that day, and take lunch and an afternoon coffee in a scenic spot. He was also able to share some local history too which was even better.
