Excellent tour of Versailles

We enjoyed the tour very much. Our guide was excellent. We loved the golf cart, bike ride combination. The picnic lunch was delicious. I highly recommend this tour!!

Excellent tour and lunch for people of all ages. Guide was so knowledgeable, personable, professional, and funny. We saw more of the grounds than if we had been on our own. Tour ends with guide making sure of your entrance into the palace. Rest and bathroom breaks perfectly timed. Be prepared for a long but exciting day. This 58 and 76 year old highly recommend it!!

Wonderfully planned. The tour leader struck a great balance between guidance and freedom for the guests. Momo was so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly and organized, He had a great command of the background and history of Versailles but was also a captivating storyteller, and he interspersed the periods of travel with wonderfully told anecdotes at various carefully chosen sites. The use of golf carts and bicycles enabled the guests to remain receptive and excited about wide ranging features of the grounds without getting fatigued. There was a moment we came upon a musical fountain performance after hopping off our golf carts, which would’ve been far less likely had we been trudging the grounds on foot alone. Wonderful lunch by a row of waving poplars too. One of the greatest travel experiences for my family ever.

What a great day with Momo. We spent most of the day exploring the gardens and the Grand and Petite Trianon. First, on a golf cart, and then by bike. The palace was last. Lunch was lovely and included wine. Highly recommend even with small children (they are able to provide a trailer to tow smaller children).

This is a great experience if you have family and want to be outdoors. Our guide took us on golf carts around the grounds and then we biked all over to see the fountains and the grounds. He was very informative and it was beautiful.

The tour was everything we expected and more! Riding through the palace gardens, riding the golf cart through the grounds, the lunch and wine provided, and the self-guided tour through the palace and Trianon, were worth the expense! Momo, our tour guide on the biking and riding portion of the excursion, was funny, kind, peppy, and well-versed on the history of the palace. I will definitely come back and have my children experience this! *We attended in July when it is usually extremely hot in and around Paris. We were lucky to have had beautiful weather the day we went. I’d suggest coming in fair weather, especially because of the bike ride.

Momo is an excellent tour guide - energetic, animated, knowledgeable, and informative! He was great with the kids as well. The tour was fantastic. Easy bike ride and comfortable golf cart ride around the gardens, and to Trianon. The palace was last. We were in our own there and it was a mob scene, but we made it thru as efficiently as we could. This is a must see place and a must do tour.

Our guide was fantastic. He was very communicative- called to confirm our lunch/drink in advance, met our party of four at the front gate and was well versed in the history of the gardens & palace. The lunch was excellent and plenty of time was allotted for a thorough tour. Highly recommend this tour - it was the highlight of our visit to Paris!

We utterly LOVED this tour. Ir is the perfect combination of active and leisure. The tour guide was phenomenal - an excellent historian with the best sense of humor. It is magical to experience the gardens via golf cart and then bicycles. The picnic was very special too. We recommend this tour 100% and already want to go again.
