          They offered timed entry tickets but then never delivered, and in fact never even communicated with us beyond the initial purchase of the tickets. Don't waste your time.

          We didn’t receive a passport ticket like promised. It has to say passport on it so we couldn’t see everything like we wanted. We had to purchase garden tickets! Also, the audio wasn’t working so we had to purchase audio headsets when we entered the palace! This was a huge disappointment!

          Dear Sheryl thanks for your feedback we are sorry to hear this, we checked and noted that your ticket was only for the palace, we have another ticket which is passport we believe you have booked the wrong ticket, the audio is to be downloaded in the phone and then used by your headphones.

          Having priority access is a must! Easy to do the tour with the audio guide. Got the tickets a few hours prior to the scheduled time, it was a bit stressful, but we got them at the end.

          Schloß Versailles ist ein unglaublich beeindruckender Ort, sowohl das Schloss als auch der Garten. Der Einlass mit den vorher gebuchten Karten lief reibungslos und innerhalb des 30 minütigen Zeitfensters. Dafür gibt es 5 Sterne. Allerdings haben wir unsere Tickets wirklich erst in der allerletzten Minute erhalten ( nicht am Tag vorher) und auch erst auf zusätzliche Nachfrage beim Anbieter per E-Mail, was einfach ziemlich nervig war. Vor allem wenn man unterwegs in eine Gruppe eingebunden ist und sich voll und ganz auf das Zusenden der Tickets verlassen muss. Deshalb für die Organisation nur 2 Sterne.

          El que no pude entrar y el estrés que me generó al estar en Versalles con una persona discapacitada la compañía "Yo Tours" (son de la India) cuyo guía nunca me mandó los boletos pese a mi insistencia y muchos correos. Viator fue el único que sí contestó. Gracias
