It was a nice guided tour. Our guide kept the tour funny by telling many interesting background information on French history. Duration of the tour could be a bit longer, e.g. 3 hours on the palace + 1 hour on the garden but all in all I think it was very good experience for us.

I had no idea how big the palace actually is. The opulence was amazing and hard to put into words. The gardens and fountains were beautiful and I especially loved all the little side “rooms” hidden within the garden.

Our group guide, Barbara, was great. She went through so much history of the palace and grounds in just a few hours and spoke both English and Spanish, which aided our group since we had some Spanish speakers as well. Despite being pretty crowded, the palace was well worth the visit and the gardens were amazing.

Francesco was excellent and very engaging! He knew a lot of the palace's history. He was energetic and kept the group going. We really enjoyed having him as our tour guide! The palace and gardens are absolutely breathtaking! We would highly recommend this tour! Please note that transportation to Versailles is not included.

We took this tour because it was only 90 min. After 2hrs, we were only 2/3 finished, so we left. Francisco gave accurate information but he kept repeating himself and tried to be cute. A more concise presentation would have been appreciated.

Francesco is the best tour guide ever!! Knowledgeable and funny. He took us to the gardens under the rain and the tour was still very interesting. We only pay for museum and spend extra two hours visiting the gardens on our own after the tour ended as well as the town.
