Exhausted by pace of Information

An amazing amount of information from our expert guide the very serious Julien (26 yr experience) an absolute encyclopedia of everything Versailles but with that said it was completely non stop info overload which literally became somewhat exhausting. Would of liked to have been asked “am I going to fast, should I slow down?” “Would you like to catch your breath?” and should of been offered water on the travel to and from Versailles.

We have 2 teenagers that were mesmerized and raved about Zara after the tour. That is not an easy feat.

Incredible experience. Our guide Zara picked up us up right on time at our hotel. The tour and information started on the drive to Versailles and never let up. Her knowledge was incredible, and she was very friendly. It's not cheap, but I would highly recommend it.

We felt that this tour was very overpriced. The tour was scheduled from 1-5pm and our tour guide showed up 30 minutes late and we received no compensation for this. She gave us a quick tour of the palace and then left us 30 minutes to tour the garden on our own. We were very disappointed with the experience and felt this tour was very overpriced.

Excellent door to door trip from our Paris hotel. My wife is pregnant and feeling subpar, so a long day of lines and train navigation wasn’t in the cards. Wonderful tour! We found ourselves with a free day and booked a private day trip to Versailles on short notice. Viator is the perfect place to find local knowledgeable tour operators. Our guide was fabulous. We were picked up at our hotel, given a brief history of Paris on our way to Versailles and were dropped at the front gates to admire the splendor and take photos while our guide parked the car. Once inside, we were provided with ear buds to listen to our guide as we toured the Palace navigating through the crowds. Afterwards, we were given ample time to wander the gorgeous gardens. Perfect way to visit the Versailles Palace.
