    Dream crashed due to stress

    Don’t go with this agency we were travelling to France early Monday morning expecting to gat tickets before we went .On Tuesday we received the tickets I had booked the tickets for 2/30pm which were confirmed by seller Tuesday pm received a message from agent to tell us time habeen changed to 3/30pm not happy so I had to contact family member to contact them message time had changed to 5pm again had to. Do the same .As we on a coach trip drive not happy as all others were already would have been through the palace so do not trust time required are not met this booking had been given 3weeks earlier.

    This is an audio guided tour of the palace. There is so much to see that we didn’t make it to the Trianon. The grounds are beautiful and the audio guide is helpful for keeping a pace that works for your group. You can move as fast or slow as you’d like without having to follow along with a group. Toilets are tricky to find but if you ask staff they’ll point you in the right direction. Due to a flight change I had to reschedule and the company worked with me to adjust to another day despite the fine print saying there is no adjustment all sales final. Use the app WhatsApp to communicate with staff. They answered all questions. They had to adjust our time the night before to a later appointment but it was fine. Be sure to reply quickly as crowds are huge and tickets sell out quickly. Do not get in line before your appointment time as you will not be let in.

    No clear instructions were given, wasted a lot of time trying to figure out where to go at the castle doors.

    If you don’t visit Versailles while you’re in Paris, you’re completely missing out. Moving from room to room, I was blown away. It was stunning! The gardens are also their own adventure as you can get lost going through all of the areas that are open to you to explore.
