The Arlington Cemetery portion of the tour is a walking tour and is moderately strenuous. Not recommended for guests with mobility issues or very small children.

Valid Photo ID is required for all guests 16 and up at Arlington National Cemetery.
Please Note: Potomac River Cruise is seasonal and operated March 26-October 16. During the off season an extra stop at the Jefferson memorial will be added in its place. When the boat is operating, you will be taken to Georgetown Washington Harbor to purchase lunch at any of the several restaurants. When the boat is not operating from late October - March, you will visit the Pentagon City Mall with all the restaurants and shopping to purchase lunch.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Zero customer service. Tried calling - mailbox full, tried the chat feature on website, would not work, kept asking for an email that I was entering and apparently they have, because they sent me this survey. Even tried to email and not one response in three days. I think the tour would’ve been good, if I could’ve went.

The changing of. The guard is a must see. Touring all the Memorial was informative and a great experience. Vietnam,Korean and World War Two were very sobering! Our guides Brenda and Tyrone were excellent along with our drivers Chris who kept us on time!

I booked this tour. Noone showed up to lead the tour. After waiting we finally left. They refuse to give a refund now. How absurd. Save your money book with other operators who will show up and be responsible enough to refund your money if something happens.

FDR Memorial a must-see.

I particularly enjoyed the Franklin D Roosevelt memorial, the National Archives, and the Arlington Cemetery tour. While very spare architecturally, the FDR site was powerfull - bronze-casted figures were life-size and the faces showed the grief and despair during the depression. I also like the four "rooms" dedicated to FDR's four terms. In the future - Signature tours actually provided the tour guide. I recommend that all guides have some sort of apparel all to identify them as a Signature guide. Our guide wore black pants and black sweatshirt with sort of emblem on it - but no ID as a tour guide. It was hard to find him in a crowd.

Tyron was a good tour guide. Arlington Cemetery walk was a little tough for all of us. Next time I would do the tram. The monuments were great and Tyron did a good job of explaining them. But was surprised we didn’t stop at the Washington Monument. Also, the boat ride was nothing special. I would not do that next time.

Our guide at the cemetary and on the bus tours did an awesome job! We learned a lot of information about the monuments. The only thing we had a problem with was that we thought that they were taking us back to our vehicle at Arlington (it never mentioned otherwise), but instead we had to get a ride back on our own to Arlington. It was a little stressful because we weren't planning on having to do this.

It was a really great time and Tyrone was awesome!! Full of wisdom and so fun...BUT I do suggest if you're taking the all day tour, to pack snacks because you don't eat until really late in the TOUR,. That is the only thing I would change and earlier time to eat and a tad more time to do it! Also be prepared of ranching, rain, hot and cold all in one day!
